Grocery Los Hermanos - Reviews

We have eaten here before, but today we got takeout. I ordered online, and there were zero problems. When I arrived, they were already bagging up my to-go meals. We wanted something fast and good, and this was it. : -)

My experience at this restaurant was great! I enjoyed the tacos, which were delicious and offered at a fair price. The tamales were also good, and I ended up taking a dozen to go. To top it off, the guacamole was on point.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The gorgeous produce was evident, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a little taqueria inside. The tacos were absolutely amazing and authentic. The breakfast burrito was also pretty good. It's definitely worth a visit.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food is SOO good, it will make you love Mexican food. My favorites were the salsa, guac, and taco. The service and atmosphere were also excellent, both rated 5/5.

The food is good, but they are changing the chips for packaged ones. Those thin yellow ones make me want to vomit. They taste horrible. Please bring back the fresh ones that are fried there. I wish they would go back to selling the fresh ones that are fried there.

My experience at the restaurant was a mix of delicious food and a very unpleasant service encounter. Everything I ate was muy rico (very tasty). However, the service from the woman with red hair was very rude and unpleasant. I had an issue with my ticket and went to ask at the cashier. She immediately responded with, 'I don't know, I didn't serve you, ' which is not the kind of friendly and helpful attitude one expects when working there. The atmosphere was great, rated a 5 out of 5.

I went and ordered 4 tacos and a "plato catracho". For everything, they charged us 36 dollars. On top of that, the server added a tip of $4. 34. I don't mind $4, but it's a lack of respect that we never gave her anything, and she took money from my card without my consent. I will not return to that place.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered 4 tacos but only received 3, as shown in the picture. The tamale was a bit dry and hard, with barely any verde flavor. On a positive note, the Gordita was good, and my wife enjoyed her tacos. The customer service was just okay. I disliked waiting an extra 10 minutes past my pickup time. Additionally, one of the staff members kept making faces, didn't bother to call me by my name, and even spelled it wrong on the receipt, which was frustrating.

Jenny was the one who welcomed and attended to us at all times. Excellent service! And extraordinary treatment. I recommend it 100%.

The food was delicious, but the service from the waitress with black glasses was disappointing. She clearly didn't want to serve and seemed eager to close. If she's tired or unwilling, give shifts to people who actually want to earn money and have a sense of belonging to their work.
