Best Vegan Chinese in SF!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's the best vegan Chinese food in SF, offering a huge menu of items to choose from. The ambiance was fun, though I'd recommend requesting the check early as it can sometimes be hard to get out.
It's totally worth it, though. I highly recommend the vegan Mongolian beef with garlic noodles; you will not be disappointed.

Worst Service, Ruined My Day
My experience at this restaurant was the worst service ever. The owner was so rude, and I felt I was totally ignored. You can easily find another Vietnamese restaurant nearby.
NEVER go to this restaurant, they will ruin your day!

Good Vegetarian Options, A Bit Pricey
I visited this restaurant for lunch with a friend, eager to explore their vegetarian offerings. The location and ambience were excellent, providing a nice, calming vibe. The menu was extensive but helpful, featuring photos.
I was surprised to find non-vegetarian options given the restaurant's name. We ordered several dishes, and while the food was good, it wasn't particularly memorable. For lunch, I found the food to be a bit pricy, though it might be more reasonable if the same menu applies to dinner.

Speedy Service, Great Food Despite Crowds
My experience at this restaurant was positive, despite it being packed during lunch hour. They offer speedy service and great food. It's a good convenient choice for a hearty meal at a reasonable price.

Fairly Good Food, Poor Service
My experience at the restaurant was fairly good, but marred by poor service. They were clearly not staffed correctly for the number of people coming through.

Good Sunday Lunch Spot
My experience at this restaurant was a good one, especially for a Sunday lunch as they open at 11 AM. They offer a good choice of dishes, and the menu with real pictures was very helpful for someone new to the food culture. I tried their fried egg rolls, rangoons, and spring rolls, and I found all of them to my liking.
The restaurant is located in a semi decent area.

Savory Pho Tai at a Price
While shopping at Westfield mall, I parked at the Impark lot across the street and wandered into this restaurant. I had a really good bowl of pho tai. The broth was savory and beefy with a hint of anise.
The steak was perfect. It was a little on the exy side at $17 a bowl, but I’d go back if I was in the neighborhood.

Delicious Pho Near Convention Center
My experience at Green Papaya was great, especially since it's a convenient 5-minute walk from the Moscone Center. I had the Pho two days in a row for lunch. The service was quick, which was perfect for my busy schedule.
The Pho itself was delicious and confirmed to be gluten-free as advertised. For those seeking MSG-free options, it's important to ask for the vegetarian broth. I also tried the spring rolls, which were really good.
While it wasn't the cheapest lunch, the prices are consistent with the immediate vicinity of the convention center.

Tough Chicken in Pho
My experience at the restaurant involved ordering a Pho soup with chicken breast. Unfortunately, the chicken meat was very tough, making it impossible to eat without a knife and fork. I ended up leaving it untouched.

Prompt Service on a Slow Tuesday
My experience at this restaurant was positive, especially given it was a slow Tuesday. The Vietnamese food was good, and the service was prompt. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful with questions and ordering assistance.
