FREAKING BOMB Po' Boy!
My experience at the restaurant was the ‘FREAKING BOMB’! The new Po’ Boy and Tings food menu is amazing. I had the 8” Oyster PO Boy, which was huge and packed with a large amount of oyster.
It wasn’t fried to a crisp and was super juicy with killer flavor. Of course, the Great Notion beer was crazy on point. Thank you guys.

Immaculate Vibes and Phenomenal Service!
My experience at Great Notion Ballard and Georgetown has been consistently outstanding. The vibes are immaculate, and the beertenders are phenomenal. They offer great recommendations, provide amazing and speedy service, and are some of the funniest and warmest people I've met.
I used to dislike sours, but Great Notion has converted me – I'm now drinking them regularly! I truly love this place and their beer.

Great Sour Beers and Weekend Releases
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their fantastic sour beers. We enjoyed drinking them on-site, and they also offer 4 packs to go. I appreciate that they consistently do a great job releasing something interesting and different every weekend.

Lively Spot with Great Beer Selection
My experience at this place was lively, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The beer selection is great, and I particularly love the fruited and sour options. The service was excellent, rated at a 5, and the atmosphere was also good, rated at a 4.
While the food received a rating of 3, the overall experience was positive due to the great drinks and atmosphere.

Seamless QR ordering and friendly staff!
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. I found the service to be very speedy, especially with the ordering process through QR codes, which I usually dislike but found to be very seamless here. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
Additionally, the restaurant offers a dog-friendly patio, which is a great feature.

High Alcohol Beers, Missed Opportunity
I would have liked to have tried them, but unfortunately, the high alcohol content of all the beers was a problem. While it was fine for me, my wife wanted to stay awake, so we couldn't stay. Maybe next trip.

Industrial Area Brewery Visit
I didn't have the food, but I walked for 30 minutes from the Ballard locks to check out this place. It's located in an industrial area with several breweries and a distillery nearby. The neighborhood is colorful, so I recommend driving versus walking.

Favorite Brewery with Amazing Burgers!
This is easily my favorite brewery in the Seattle area. I visit frequently, especially when they release new smoothie beers. What truly makes this place stand out is the tattooed guy who runs the burger area most days.
He's incredibly friendly and always goes the extra mile, like hooking me up with extra pickles and extra Cougar Gold cheese when available. He's one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of chatting with while ordering. The food is a smash, and so are the drinks.
While it's a bit out of the way for me, I love it! Even during a negative experience with another customer's homophobic interaction, the staff was amazing, offering my whole crew a sample and ensuring everyone felt comfortable. :)

Disappointing Blueberry Muffin Sour Ale
My experience was disappointing. I remember when you could actually taste the muffin inside of a blueberry muffin sour ale. Now, it's just a blueberry sour.
The greed of money ruins everything eventually, and history repeats itself.
