Christian and Israel are the best! This is my favorite sub/coffee shop for a quick grab and go, living up to its name. I highly recommend trying their breakfast bagels, especially with cream cheese, avocado, and bacon. The hot pastrami sandwich is also a must-try. You definitely need to check this place out!

Every time I try a new grab and go location, I come right back to this one. It’s like they’ve perfected every sandwich on the menu and it always tastes better. The staff is so friendly regardless of how busy they are. It’s a true family business.

As someone who works downtown, I've had the opportunity to eat many sandwiches here. I can confidently say there isn't a bad option on the menu. The staff are consistently friendly and quick, even during the busy lunch rush. Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are also great, offering a much better alternative to other nearby quick breakfast spots.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. The food and service were consistently awesome. I highly recommend the pastrami sandwich; it's totally worth it.

I come here for lunch all the time. The staff are all really cool and obviously care about the food. I've never had a bad sub from here, and I think the Sicilian and the Grilled Cheese Feta are my new favorite sandwiches just in general now. The soups are also really good 👍

Finding a good sub in San Diego can be a challenge, but this place truly hits the spot! I was impressed with the generous fillings and the use of fresh ingredients. The service was fast and the staff were super nice. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Anytime I’m in downtown, I make sure to stop by and get my favorite egg cheese and bacon bagel 🥯. I give it a 10/10 recommend.

Grab & Go on Cst in Downtown San Diego is my go-to work week spot for breakfast sandwiches, coffee (they serve Cafe Moto), and lunch. Every time I go in, I'm greeted with smiles and friendly service. Even during the lunch rush, they are able to quickly and efficiently handle it. I find their prices to be affordable, so much so that I'm there weekly. This location/deli is always at the top of my list.
