Disappointing Food, Efficient Service
My partner and I visited for dinner before a concert at Chase Center. It was busy, as expected, but the staff worked efficiently to keep the line moving. The restaurant was packed, making it a challenge to find seating. I wish restaurants would implement a rule where you couldn't sit at a table until you ordered at the cashier, as I saw many people saving seats while someone waited in line. I recommend ordering your food to go and eating it outside. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great. The patty was between medium rare and rare, and the cheese was barely melted. I tried to stomach it and got about halfway through the burger before throwing it into the compost bin. The garlic fries were okay and the milkshake was semi-decent. Hoping it was just a fluke because I'd rather eat before an event at Chase than eat at the venue.

Excellent Chicken Tenders & Honey Mustard!
My experience at this restaurant was great! They are open until 10: 30 pm on game nights. I particularly enjoyed the chicken tenders and honey mustard, which were excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect 5/5 rating. While the noise level was loud, it was still possible to hold a conversation.

Delicious Burger and Great Vibe
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the Burger Californien, which was delicious and among the best I've eaten in the USA. The Hazy IPA from Fieldwork Brewing was also incredible. While the meat could have been a bit rarer, everything else was perfect. The sweet potato fries were very good, especially with their special sauce. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The terrace and tables were super clean, and the welcome was very warm. The musical playlist was also top-notch. Frankly, it was perfect.

Great Food, Nice Atmosphere, Minor Cleanliness Issue
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive. The staff was nice, and the food was good. I particularly enjoyed the Baja tacos, the California burger, and the onion rings. The soft serve ice cream, especially the chocolate flavor, was a delightful treat. The location itself is exceptionally nice, offering a spacious and clean environment. While they could pay a little more attention to wiping down tables, the overall cleanliness was good. The outdoor eating area is lovely, and the indoor dining space is also spacious.

Mission Bay Favorite: Great Sandwiches & Beer!
This is one of our Mission Bay area go-to places. We ordered our usual favorites: the ahi tuna sandwich and the chicken sandwich. To drink, we enjoyed the Plint the Elder beer, and for a treat, a coffee shake. We also couldn't resist the onion rings. The food was excellent, and the service and atmosphere were top-notch.

Consistent Food, Odd Security Checks
My experience at this restaurant was consistent with other locations in terms of food quality. However, the security check process, which involves checking in and getting scanned, was EXTREMELY odd and caused disruption during lunchtime. While I understand the need for safety, I believe there must be a better way to ensure security without impacting the customer experience.

Undercooked Hamburger, Good Sprouts
My experience at this restaurant was a real disappointment, especially considering the high prices. The hamburger was undercooked, which was a significant letdown. However, the Brussel sprouts were good.

Delicious Food and Great Service!
We were at Gott's Roadside before a basketball game at the Chase Center, and it was a total hit! We had burgers, sandwiches, sweet potato fries, and chili – everything was really delicious and freshly prepared. A real highlight was the house sauce for the sweet potato fries – an absolute dream! The place was clean, the service was friendly and fast, and the selection leaves nothing to be desired. Highly recommended! Tip: There is free filtered still water and it tastes very good.

Pineapple Burger Bliss!
On my first night in San Francisco, despite the windy and cold weather, I chose to sit outside to experience the proximity to the ocean. I ordered the special, The Pineapple Burger, which is no longer offered. I must preface this by saying I absolutely love pineapple. The burger had an interesting texture and a unique appearance, but the flavor – oh my goodness, the flavor brought me such joy that I was almost brought to tears. If it were cooked like this every single time, I'm certain it would become a staple, much like pineapple on pizza. The restaurant is located on the same property as Chase Stadium, so I opted for a non-game day for dinner, as I'm sure it gets jam-packed with game-goers on those days. The grandeur of the modern architecture is not to be missed here.
