Blown Away by Flavor and Crunch!
This was our first time at this place, and we were absolutely blown away by the flavor. The crust was perfectly balanced – neither too thick nor too thin – and offered a wonderfully satisfying crunch from the first bite all the way through. The perfect amount of toppings did not fall off. I'd highly recommend this place and definitely plan to return.

Delicious Pizza, Basic Vibes, Great Price
I was a bit skeptical at first because this place doesn’t look like much. The decor is minimal and the atmosphere is pretty basic. But wow, was I surprised! The pizza was delicious, with a very good flavor that totally exceeded my expectations. It’s also cheap, which makes it even better. If you’re looking for fancy vibes, this isn’t it. But if you care about good food at a great price, this spot delivers, at least at happy hours.

Terrible Food and Service
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The service needs a serious improvement; the lady who assisted us during dinner was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable with her responses. The food was also a major issue, making me feel incredibly nauseous and it did not look right. It was overpriced and frankly, disgusting. I would advise against going here if you want to avoid throwing up from the dishes or the hospitality.

Rude Service Ruined the Experience
I was trying to enjoy my food when one of the waiters was very rude and disrespectful to a mother and child next to me. Not only did she give inappropriate responses to what I believe are regular requests for a waiter, like “can I have a box? ”, but when she gave them a lid, it was dirty. I was appalled by her behavior and won’t be returning.

Poor Service, Did Not Stay
My experience at this restaurant was very poor. I did not stay long due to the customer service. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and judgemental.

Horrible Service and Food Poisoning
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative, starting from the moment my mom and I walked in. The girl at the front immediately displayed attitude, and our polite questions were met with snippy responses. This continued even when she made an error with our order. Upon receiving our food, the sauce for my chicken alfredo was watery, and my mom's food was slammed down so forcefully it slid off the plate. When we asked for a lid and a container, the same employee was rude and claimed they didn't have containers. She then provided a lid for my pasta that was covered in grime and oil. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, my mom filmed a short video of the restaurant, ensuring no one was in view. The employee then aggressively confronted my mom, screaming that she couldn't film and threatening to call security. She also made a parting remark, "good luck trying to come back. " The alfredo dish caused me to immediately throw up, and some of the grime from the lid had fallen into my food.

Rude Staff Ruined Family Meal
I brought my daughter to this restaurant for her to try their pasta, as she hadn't been in Southern California for over 8 months. I had to convince her to come here instead of our usual spot in Old Town, which turned out to be a big mistake. From the moment we started ordering, the cashier was disgustingly rude to us. I overlooked it the first time, still wanting my daughter to enjoy their pasta. However, after we placed our order, asking the cashier for a to-go box for our leftovers was met with extreme rudeness. When I apologized if I had bothered her, she was again the rudest person, rolling her eyes. I started recording the interaction, and she became ballistic, screaming and calling security because I was recording her, forgetting she was in a public place. We witnessed her treating other patrons differently, and her racism was radiating. She called security and claimed she had cameras, to which I replied that I hoped they would show her disgusting treatment. This enraged her further. My daughter was so disappointed, especially since I chose this place over her preferred spot in Old Town.

Good Service, Peaceful, But Oily Food
My experience at this restaurant was marked by very good service and a peaceful environment. The food was good, though it had a bit too much oil. It's important to note that this is not an Italian restaurant; Giovanni is Italian. Overall, a pleasant atmosphere with excellent service, but the food could be improved regarding oil content.

Great food, atmosphere, and prices!
My experience at the restaurant was great. The food was bomb, and the prices were not too bad. I also enjoyed the soccer game and the cool language the staff was speaking, contributing to a great atmosphere.
