My experience with this restaurant involved a Doordash order where I discovered a bug (earwig) in my arugula salad. Although I received a refund through Doordash, I contacted the restaurant directly to inform them about the contamination in their salad, hoping they would prevent further issues. Unfortunately, the response was very disheartening; the person on the phone simply said "ok" and then hung up.

I tried both the Formaggio and Margherita slices. The pizza was good; it wasn't amazing, but good. It reminded me a lot of Casco pizza, with a slightly crispier crust. On a side note, I do wish the staff were a bit more friendly. I know restaurant work is challenging, but that doesn't mean you have to be unwelcoming. If you're unable to be friendly and approachable while dealing with customers, perhaps a different career path where direct customer service isn't required would be a better fit for you. Thanks!
