Great Bar with Craft Beer & Fun
My experience at this bar was fantastic! It's a great place with friendly patrons and lots of entertainment, especially on the weekends. They always have loads of pinball available. The bar boasts quite the selection of craft beers, and the bar staff are knowledgeable and helpful in finding your perfect pint.

Favorite Dive Bar with Great Service
Gestalt continues to be one of my favorite dives to visit in town. My experience was excellent, with the bartenders being great and the tap list being solid. The service and atmosphere were both rated a 5 out of 5.

Cute pub with great beer and pinball
My experience at this pub was positive. It's a cute pub with well priced craft beer and cider. The pinball machines were a cool retro touch.

Fun hangout with drinks and pinball
It was a great place to hang out with beer to shoot the breeze with friends. They didn't have any food at the time, so we asked if it was okay to bring some. We came back with food from nearby and had a fun time chatting at a table with friends and playing pinball. The blueberry was yummy! The crowd definitely skews to the younger side (20s and 30s), but we didn't feel out of place.

A True Gem of a Dive Bar
My experience at Gestalt was exceptional. This San Francisco dive bar, a rarity these days, feels like a miracle with its young location. Gestalt fosters a much-needed sense of community and willingness. The owner's kindness was a standout moment; when my partner's and my phones died, he allowed us back in to charge them until we could get a car. It's truly a gem, and I cannot recommend enough.

Great Craft Beer Bar with Fun Amenities
My experience at this craft beer bar was fantastic! I enjoyed the wide selection of Belgian beers and the new food menu. The atmosphere was great, enhanced by the presence of a pool table and a bunch of pinball machines. The recommended dish, Tart Cherry, was a highlight. The service and food were both rated a 5, and the atmosphere also received a 5. The price per person was very affordable, ranging from $1–$10.

A Dive Bar's Evolution in the Mission
It's hard to believe this place opened in 2007; time truly flies. I used to be a regular here when I was younger and more carefree. It felt like a mini-Rosemunde, a great spot for mid-week beers and brats with friends. Back then, its future seemed uncertain as it was often empty. However, the addition of indoor bike racks marked a significant turning point. For any Mission dive bar to thrive, attracting hipsters as a revenue stream is crucial. The bike racks acted as 'hipster bait, ' and now the place is teeming with them. This success has led to an expanded menu and beer selection. Ultimately, it remains a very fine dive bar and a stable fixture in the Mission landscape. I have many good memories here, and it's wonderful to see a new generation creating their own.

Fun Pinball Dive Bar
My experience was at a pinball dive with TVs and pool. They serve cider and beer and are cash only, though there is an ATM on site. There are 10 pinball tables!

Pinball Fun, No Food, Cash Only
If you’re into pinball, this is a great spot. They don’t serve food anymore. The service is a little hit or miss depending on who’s working. Currently, they’re cash only.
