Great Breakfast, Limited Seating
My experience at this small breakfast spot was largely positive. The food was great, and the price was very good. It was also a relief to find a place open on Sundays, as we tried three different breakfast places during our stay and this was the only one open. However, there is barely any space to sit, so we had a table outside. Overall, the food and value were excellent, but the limited seating was a drawback.

Disappointing Croissant and Espresso
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The croissant was dry and tough, suggesting it was old. The espresso tasted like filter coffee. Additionally, the service was abrupt. Overall, a letdown.

Delicious Banh Mi, Disappointing Coffee
I had the banh mi combo and house coffee for breakfast at this great shop. It seems popular, and guests were lining up, though it wasn't a long queue. The Vietnamese sandwich was delicious, with amazing and plentiful pickled vegetables and meat. The bread was crispy, making it a perfect size for a morning bite. However, the Vietnamese iced coffee was a disappointment; it was too watery and lacked coffee and condensed milk. The shop has a couple of tables and chairs outside.
