Good Pizza, Bad Owner Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag, primarily due to the owner's poor customer service. While the pizza itself was actually good and the other employees were nice, the owner's attitude was unacceptable. When I asked to box up leftover pizza, he questioned why I was ordering for here if I planned to take some to go.
He begrudgingly gave me a small box suitable for a sandwich, which was quite stingy and frankly rude, reminding me of Mr. Krabs. Additionally, the fountain drink machine was mostly out of flavors, with only flat Sprite available. The price, though high, was comparable to other places in the area.
The owner has a good product but desperately needs to improve his customer service, as he seems to blame customers for their complaints. I had a good experience earlier this year, but this visit was marred by the owner's behavior.
