Service (7.8 out of 10)

When it comes to service, this spot really shines! With a solid score of 7.8 and customer satisfaction at a fantastic 83.3%, its clear guests are generally thrilled. Based on 15 positive remarks out of 18 total, many rave about the genuine, friendly service from the staff, often noting the quick preparation and efficient kitchen team.

Expect prompt and accommodating interactions that make your visit enjoyable. However, its not entirely without its hiccups. A couple of concerns, specifically regarding delivery and couriers, have popped up.

Some customers reported cold pizzas when ordering delivery, with observations suggesting issues with how moped drivers transport food without proper equipment. This seems to be an external issue rather than an in-house service problem, but it's worth noting for those relying on takeout.

Value (2 out of 10)

mentioned by 5% of the guests

When it comes to value, it seems theres not much to cheer about here. Based on the single piece of feedback we have, there are no positive remarks regarding what you get for your money. The overall score for value sits at a rather poor 2, with customer satisfaction also at a low 0%.

On the flip side, the main concern highlighted is the price' and the feeling that dishes are quite expensive for what you receive. One customer felt particularly let down by a small portion of focaccia that offered very little in terms of toppings, making the cost feel unjustified. This suggests that the restaurant might need to re-evaluate its pricing or portion sizes to meet customer expectations.

Amazing Pizza, Tough Parking
I had been wanting to try their pizza for a while, and finally got a chance to have it while hanging out with friends. We ordered their Meatza Pizza, Cacio e Pepe Pizza, and Mozzarella Sticks. Everything tasted amazing. I especially loved their Cacio e Pepe Pizza, which came with mozzarella, pecorino cream, fontina, garlic, and black pepper. It's so simple, but so good! Highly recommended! The street parking nearby is quite tough.

Amazing Food and Brilliant Service!
We stumbled across this place after a day exploring the city. We waited 10 minutes for a table. The atmosphere was lively but enjoyable and didn't affect being able to have a conversation. The food was amazing and the service was brilliant. I could see the waitress checking our table or positioning herself for us to catch her if we needed but without interrupting us. Would definitely recommend 👌

Delicious Pizza and Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was incredibly quick and friendly, and their wine selection was top-notch. The real star, however, was the delicious thin crust pizza. I was also thrilled to find they offer a vegan option, which was absolutely amazing! The kitchen team is incredibly efficient and quick on their feet. We watched them while we waited for our meal, and we can’t thank them enough for making such tasty pizzas for us. They truly deserve all the credit! So, if you’re ever in the mood for a delicious pizza, make sure to check out this place. You won’t be disappointed!

Good Gluten-Free Pizza Experience
My wife and I made the trek to this restaurant so she could have some gluten-free pizza. It's located in downtown San Francisco, which made finding parking a bit challenging. However, there are nearby parking garages, so once we found a spot, it was fairly easy to walk to the restaurant. The gluten-free pizza crust is a deep dish style. My wife felt her crust was a little too greasy, but I thought it was pretty good. The restaurant puts a huge effort into making gluten-free pizza for their customers, and I believe it's a pretty good offering.

Bizarre Pizza Experience in North Beach
We were in North Beach looking for pizza by the slice. Upon entering, we were informed that while they offered pizza by the slice, we'd need to order and sit in the back room. This back area, which also houses the "To Go" order pickup and restrooms, felt like an employee dining area. We were the only ones there. The pizza served by the slice was a thicker Detroit style, distinct from their other thin-crust offerings. Unfortunately, the pizza was overly bready and didn't meet expectations for the Little Italy neighborhood. The entire experience was quite bizarre, and it would have been preferable to dine in the main room with other patrons.
