Best Pizza Crust in Mission Bay
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially concerning the pizza. I rarely eat the crust, but I always eat it from here. The hard beverages are on the expensive side, and I wish the place was bigger. However, I love it as a neighborhood take out place.

Amazing Pizza, Excellent Service Recovery
We had a pickup order and upon arriving home, we discovered the pizzas were incorrect. Fortunately, Q assisted us when we returned. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The pizza itself was amazing as always.

Mixed Experience with Food and Ambiance
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of good and not-so-good. The Chicken Wings were nice, and the Hawaiian Pizza was tasty. However, the meatballs were overcooked, though they improved with the red sauce. The Caesar Salad had crisp lettuce, which was a positive point. Unfortunately, the dining environment was not ideal. Eating outdoors was not very comfortable, and indoors, it was hot and noisy. I also found the napkins to be of poor quality, falling apart easily. I'm considering trying different food options next time to see if the experience improves.

Good Pizza, Hit-or-Miss Fries
My experience was centered around enjoying the big slices of pizza. The dough was nicely airy and had just the right amount of salt. The toppings were good. However, the fries were a bit of a mixed bag; while the cacio e pepe dip was awesome, some of the fries were undercooked. The restaurant operates on a self-service, seat-yourself, and QR-code ordering system. Considering the neighborhood, the prices are fair.

Delicious Vegan Pizza & Great Cacio Pepe
My experience was fantastic! I really liked my vegan pizza. I ordered it on DoorDash, and it was loaded with vegan burrata, plenty of mushrooms, onions, and zucchini. It was incredibly filling, and the crust was perfectly crunchy and baked. It was definitely enough for two meals! My friend, Bryce, got the cacio pepe and also loved it, calling it one of the best SF pizza places.

Unsanitary and Unwelcoming Experience
I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this restaurant left me with no choice. We arrived around 8: 10 pm, nearly an hour before closing, yet the staff was already shutting down and made us feel unwelcome. Instead of a greeting, we were met with a greasy sign directing us to order via QR code, bypassing the empty counter with a large menu. The tables were greasy, fruit flies were present, and the overall atmosphere felt dirty. The most concerning issue was witnessing an employee bring in outdoor trash bins and then immediately pour drinks without washing her hands – a completely unsanitary practice. When our food, wings and pizza, arrived, it was unceremoniously dropped on the table without plates, utensils, or napkins. We were then informed that everything was self-serve, despite being compelled to tip before receiving any service. The restaurant was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and the service was dirty. For nearly $100, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if I wake up tomorrow with explosive diarrhea after this experience. I strongly advise you to spend your money elsewhere.

Disappointing 'Big Slice' Pizza
I ordered what the menu advertised as a 'big slice' of pizza, but my experience was quite different. The slice was not big at all; in fact, it was square and smaller than I anticipated. Additionally, the crust was quite thick, which definitely did not align with the expected New York style slice. My food rating was a 2 out of 5.

Authentic Italian Pizza Experience
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food quality truly stood out, offering a distinct taste compared to other pizzerias. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the owner, who appears to be Italian, adds to the authentic feel. I enjoyed the good vibes and the atmosphere, especially being able to watch the pizza preparation. The outdoor patio was nice and clean, with plenty of tables. It's also a popular spot for delivery orders. The ice cream is a big hit with kids, and there's free street parking available. For vegetarians, there's a large selection and it's highly recommended.

Terrible Pizza and Rude Service
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. I hated the pizza; it was an overcooked thin slice with a crust that was crunchy and sharp, described as feeling like "putting a fistful of razorblades in your mouth. " The service was rude, and the ambiance felt like a cafeteria. I would advise others to save themselves the trouble and find a respectable slice elsewhere.

Delicious Food, Great Service, Minor Cleanliness Issue
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive. The service was fantastic, with a friendly team that was very helpful. The food was delicious and served quickly, making it a great option for a family who arrived hungry after a day of sightseeing. My only complaint was that the tables weren’t cleaned initially, but our server was very apologetic and promptly cleaned it before serving our food. Overall, a very satisfying meal.
