Brunch Bites and Loud Vibes
Our group of five visited for brunch around 11: 30 am on a busy Sunday. We had a reservation, and they adhere to the policy of not seating parties until everyone is present. Parking in North Park is limited to street parking.
We enjoyed the Brie French toast bites, which were more like a crunchy cookie and not overly sweet. The Chiliquilles with carnitas were great, as were the avocado toast and the egg sandwich. The service was adequate, though not exceptional.
While the atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurant was so loud that conversation was difficult, both amongst ourselves and with the wait staff. Additionally, the single-stall men's and women's restrooms mean potential waits, especially for ladies.

Unwelcoming for Solo Diners
The place itself is pretty, but it's not a good experience for solo customers. I was told three times that I couldn't be seated because I was one person, despite there being plenty of open tables. The hostess had to go ask, which was my cue to leave.
It really didn’t make me feel welcome. I'm posting this in hopes that management will create equally nice seating spaces for singles.

A Brunch Dream Come True!
I came into Flora with hunger pains and left feeling like I had just eaten the elixir of life, if the elixir of life were a zucchini-blossom frittata. The zucchini blossoms were tasty, the frittata was light and fluffy, and the potatoes were crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. All was perfectly seasoned.
That brown-sugar latte + pumpkin-cold-foam is the universal "I am basic, hear me roar" But this drink is no bore, it was creamy and not overly sweet. The cold foam was autumn in a cup. Service was warm and attentive, atmosphere is Insta-worthy, and decor like boho art gallery meets casual as suspenders (they are worn by the servers) on a Sunday morning.
10/10. Would brunch here again.

Excellent Service and Delicious Food!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was greeted warmly and seated promptly by Alvin. The service provided by Marcello was excellent.
I particularly enjoyed the Chilaquiles with Carnitas, which were the best I've ever had, and the Peach Compote waffle was also so good! I will definitely be back.

Delicious Breakfast and Wonderful Vibe!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was so impressed with the food that I forgot to take photos. Everything was beautifully prepared.
The Turkish eggs were light and had great umami. The avocado toast was a delicious and delectable presentation of tomatoes and whipped ricotta with mint and shaved radish garnishes. The shakshouka was an amazing balance of salt, fat, acid and heat that would make Samin Nosrat swoon.
The cappuccini didn’t disappoint either. We stumbled in here and it was a wonderful vibe of good people, and fun decor. I highly recommend it – run, don’t walk.
You won’t be disappointed.

Disappointing Brunch Experience
My experience at this restaurant was overall just okay. I was hoping for a lot more, especially given the positive reviews and pictures. The food was slightly above average, but the coffee was well below average.
It's surprising how a brunch spot can miss so badly on coffee. Additionally, our party of six was forced to leave a large party tip on the total post-tax bill, which was really annoying. I can't recall when my family of six was considered a large party.
My tip was also calculated on the post-tax amount.

Cute Place, Mid Food, Hair Incident
My experience at this restaurant was visually pleasant due to its cute place and interior. However, the food quality was extremely mid. A significant issue arose when we found a GIANT hair in our side of eggs, along with some smaller ones.
The staff was thoughtful and comped the dish, for which I am grateful. Despite the place not being busy, we experienced a long wait for the check (20 minutes). While the inside is cute, improvements are needed in staff performance and overall food quality.

Lovely Brunch Spot with Creative Touches
My experience at this lovely brunch spot in the heart of North Park was quite enjoyable. The pretty decor with a Mediterranean influence created a pleasant atmosphere. I found the brunch and lunch options to be great, and the creative cocktail menu offered unique drinks like a cantaloupe martini with olive oil.
The Bread Pudding dessert was particularly good, though I would suggest adding a simple flavored gelato instead of whipped cream. 😋 The service was attentive and efficient.

Amazing Bachelorette Brunch!
We came here with a group of 12 girls for a bachelorette party brunch and had the best time! Our server Luca was amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole brunch feel really special for the bride.
The food and drinks were incredible, and the vibe of the restaurant was perfect. Highly recommend, especially if you’re celebrating something!

Flora: A Lovely Brunch Spot!
My experience at Flora was truly lovely, perfect for a Mom/Daughter date. The owner has clearly poured their heart and soul into creating a wonderful atmosphere and menu. Even the music was curated just right!
Everything on the menu looked tempting and delicious. I'd recommend asking your server for their favorite recommendation, as you can't go wrong. Don't miss the hand-crafted STRAWBERRY MACHA in the morning, and consider a cocktail if the day permits.
You'll love it at Flora!
