Amazing Service Saved My Day!
I was trying to place a mobile order for pickup on my way to work. When I arrived, the staff informed me the order hadn't gone through, despite a "duplicate order" message I'd received. I explained I had to be at work at Disney in less than an hour and needed the sub made in five minutes or less. To my surprise, they took it as a challenge, laughed, and quickly prepared my sub. I placed the mobile order and paid online, and by the time I finished, the sub was ready! I made it to work on time. A huge shout out to the man and woman working on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, at 3 PM. They turned a mistake I made into a positive experience and ensured I had dinner for work. Employees like them are the best for running a business; you guys are honestly awesome.

Terrible Customer Service Experience
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the terrible customer service. After my wife was unable to order via the app, I arrived at the store at 9: 48 PM, just before closing. The staff member, Tatiana, greeted me with a sigh and an attitude, stating I had "10 minutes" to order. The interaction continued with a lack of pleasantries. When I ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich, she complained about it being messy and then instructed a coworker to make it, emphasizing that I had arrived late. She then excused herself to the bathroom and returned, slamming things and kicking boxes in frustration. Upon receiving the sandwiches, she placed them on the counter with more attitude. My "thank you" was met with an insincere "you're welcome. " After patronizing this location for 20 years, this was the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
