I have visited this branch more than three times, and the service is consistently terrible. The woman who attends in the afternoon is totally rude and nefarious. This last time, she even threw my bag with the order. I hope the owners address this issue because I don't have other options. If I could, I wouldn't give her a star; she doesn't deserve it. I don't know what they do there if their staff doesn't want to work.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was always fast and friendly, and the quality and taste of the food were consistently excellent. My kid absolutely loves this spot, and I can see why. It's an A+ experience!

I witnessed a distressing incident where a veteran was denied service and locked out on Veterans Day simply for inquiring about a veteran's discount. Despite mentioning it was advertised on a military website, they claimed it was from last year. The veteran offered to call corporate for confirmation, but was still denied. Meanwhile, I, another veteran picking up an order made by my wife, had the cost of my large sub zeroed out. I received my sandwich while another brother was berated. I'm sickened by this and intend to find him to give him my order.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely unpleasant. I ordered two sandwiches, which cost $30. 00. Upon arriving home, I discovered hair in my food. I was completely grossed out and questioned why hair nets weren't being worn. Fortunately, they did give me my money back.

As a frequent Firehouse customer, I can confidently say that the location on Farm Road beats the others hands down. My experience was marked by fast and friendly customer service and a clean store. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. I had no wait time, and the price was reasonable for lunch. I highly recommend this location.

My experience ordering through the app was fantastic. The food was ready in just 15 minutes, and the packaging did a great job of keeping the subs warm until we got home. The subs themselves were incredibly fresh and made exactly to order. This place is so good, it's bye bye Subway for me!

This was my first and last time visiting. I paid $37 for a medium and large sub combo, ordered through the app. Upon arrival for pickup, no one acknowledged me. To my surprise, they were out of chips, cookies, and salads at 12: 30 PM on a Tuesday. The food itself was mediocre and definitely not worth the cost. I won't be returning.

As long-time customers of the Centennial location since its opening, I'm sorry to say that since the acquisition by the large company that owns Burger Kings and Popeyes, the experience has significantly declined. What used to be a generous portion of food is now skimpy on everything. The staff is rude, and the place is a bit dirty. We're now heading to New Jersey Mike's, where at least you feel like you're getting what you pay for.
