My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the coffee. The barista wasn’t too familiar with drinks, and my coffee was way too light and didn’t taste like there was an ounce of espresso in it. My friend asked for an extra shot in his drink, but it looked and tasted exactly like mine. The service was rated a 4, price per person was $1–10, atmosphere was a 4, and food was a 3.

The people at this restaurant were very nice, but the waiting time for coffee was 30 minutes, and they should have warned us before ordering. To make matters worse, the food made my daughter sick, and they argued with me about a refund.

My experience at this restaurant was very positive. I tried the Ube-Taro boba, which was good and not too sweet. I appreciated that it didn't have the vibrant purple dye often found in such drinks. The sandwiches are made from scratch, which is a huge plus, allowing for customizations like taking ingredients off or adding them. I definitely recommend stopping here if you're in town, as it's conveniently walking distance from most hotels.

I bought coffee twice. The coffee was good. However, the girl serving seemed a bit distracted. My first coffee was made with milk, and I never asked for milk. She quickly prepared another one. The next day, my coffee was ready, but when she closed it, a little spilled.

I stopped by for a breakfast sandwich and coffee this morning. The food was great and the prices very reasonable, especially by downtown standards.

Our experience was fantastic! They helped us with office meeting food and coffee last minute and even delivered. Everything was so fresh and beautifully presented. As total coffee snobs, we absolutely loved it. And the craffels were OMG, SO good! We highly recommend!

BE CAREFUL WITH VALET! They steal your stuff. I got my car back and all my belongings inside my consoles were taken: money, chargers, AirPods, and camping things as I'm on a road trip. As for the hotel stay, the rooms never got cold enough. The staff and valet handled the issue passively, seeming like they deal with this kind of thing often. It took me going up to the front desk a third time to be taken seriously.

This place is quite small, perhaps not a traditional cafe, as it can only accommodate about four people at a time. I ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea, which was my first time trying it. While I can't say if it was made perfectly, I found it to be not too bad. It was a little sweet for my personal taste, but overall, it was not bad.

I had a wonderful experience at this coffee shop! The coffee was absolutely delicious — rich, smooth, and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great coffee and warm service. Definitely worth trying!

It was my first time visiting! Even though I came all the way from Japan by myself, Cynthia spoke to me with such kindness and warmth. She’s unbelievably kind — truly an amazing person!
