My experience at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! I had the smoked tuna and grilled fish tacos, and they were SO GOOD that I forgot to take a photo 😂. The dishes were packed with SO much flavor and had amazing seasoning. I would definitely recommend just going! The service was also awesome; the staff provided amazing customer service in both English and Spanish 😃🇺🇸🇲🇽.

My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. It was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Visiting from Chicago, this has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in this city. I will definitely be back! We enjoyed the aguachiles verdes, oysters, al pastor taco, and taco de asad – yum yum yum! The music created a great vibe throughout the entire visit, and the service was both quick and professional.

My experience at Viejon Seafood was fantastic! I absolutely loved the fish taco, spicy octopus taco, and shrimp tostada. They were all incredible – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Each bite offered a perfect mix of spice and texture. The staff were super friendly and provided great suggestions that enhanced my meal. It's evident they genuinely care about their food and their customers. I will definitely be back with friends next time!

My experience at this little hole-in-the-wall restaurant was fantastic! The food was amazing. We tried the birria tacos 🌮, which they serve with broth on the side. My husband ordered La Torre, and he loved it; it's pretty big, suitable for two people. The parking lot is small, so be prepared to wait a little.

I’m giving this restaurant a well-deserved five stars for an incredible dining experience last Sunday night! We arrived around 8 PM, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting with just the right amount of buzz, perfect for a cozy evening out. The place wasn’t overly crowded, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. For my first course, I decided to try ceviche for the first time, and it was an absolute revelation. The dish was bursting with bright tangy flavors, perfectly balanced with a fresh zesty kick that danced on my taste buds. The seafood was impeccably fresh, and the citrusy marinade had just the right amount of acidity to make every bite refreshing and memorable. It was such a delightful introduction to ceviche, and I’m already looking forward to having it again! Then came the seafood tacos, and let me tell you, these were some of the most elite tacos I’ve ever had. I ordered three different ones: a shrimp taco, an octopus taco, and one that combined both. Each was a masterpiece in its own right. The shrimp taco was plump and juicy with a subtle sweetness that paired beautifully with the vibrant toppings, fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and a creamy sauce that tied it all together. The octopus taco was a standout with tender, perfectly cooked octopus that had a slight char and a smoky depth I couldn’t get enough of. The combo taco was the best of both worlds, blending the textures and flavors in a way that felt indulgent yet balanced. The tortillas were soft, warm, and just sturdy enough to hold all the generous fillings without falling apart. I ended up eating way more than I planned because every bite was so flavorful and satisfying. This place is a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone craving fresh, bold seafood dishes!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The mariscos were "bad ass" and the food was authentic. I was impressed by the polite and helpful staff. The beers were ice cold, and the inside of the restaurant was very nice. It truly felt like I was back in Mexico.

It was a great experience, thanks to the staff who were very friendly. We were able to have a small reunion with a family member who is at the Navy in Miramar.

Having explored extensively across California and Baja California, I can confidently say that the mango habanero aguachiles are a top favorite and highly recommended. The spiciness was a 7, while the flavor was an outstanding 10. This experience was for a group of 3-4 people, and reservations were not required. The price per person was in the $30–50 range, and we enjoyed our meal in the indoor dining area.
