El Super Burrito - Reviews

My experience with the breakfast burrito was disappointing. For almost $20, I was expecting a complete meal, but it was missing the potatoes. I kept biting into it, trying to find them. I'd recommend asking if they have potatoes before ordering the breakfast burrito. On a positive note, the beans were very tasty, and the spicy salsa was flavorful, which earned it an extra star.

My experience at this restaurant was challenging due to a significant language barrier; the staff did not seem to comprehend English, so speaking Spanish is highly recommended. I was charged for extra lemons or limes that I never received, which suggests paying close attention to your bill. When I asked a simple question, I received a dismissive 'yeah yeah, ' but my order was ultimately incorrect. Based on these issues, I wouldn't suggest eating there.

My experience at El Super Burrito on Polk St, SF, has been uniformly delicious on multiple visits. I consistently order the fish tacos. The service is both fast and professional. They offer a 5% discount for cash payments. I suggested they also sell fresh Tamarindo, and I hope they consider it. This is a popular, budget-friendly spot that I highly recommend.

My experience at this restaurant was just okay. The burrito was average, and for an $18 burrito, I feel I could have found better elsewhere. The chips were also just 'meh'. Additionally, the place itself was kind of a mess, which detracted from the overall experience.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had an awesome jumbo burrito and received super friendly service. The green salsa was fire. Honestly, I think some of the folks complaining about the staff might just not be the nicest people themselves. I ordered in Spanish out of respect, and everyone was lovely. My experience at this restaurant was very positive. I ordered a burrito with fish and was thoroughly impressed by the amount and quality of the fish. The food was prepared quickly, and the staff were very, very friendly. I would highly recommend it, especially for those grabbing a meal on the go.

I looked it up on Google, and it looked nice on the website. However, when I got there, it was very dirty inside, including the glass. The service felt unhappy; she wasn’t friendly at all. I walked out. Take my hard-earned money somewhere a bit more pleasant. Bad service / not clean.

Our experience at this restaurant was very, almost scary. We were drawn in by the theme and decided to try it. We ordered 8 different meals to get a broad sense of their offerings. Unfortunately, only two of the meals were rated as okay: the Super burrito with chicken and the quesadillas. The rest were described as soft, wet, and tasteless compared to other restaurants. The worst aspects were the dogs and the cleaning, which made for a minus 1 experience. If you don't care about cleanliness, then go, as we found ourselves visiting the bathroom a lot.

I live just one block away and decided to walk over and order a fresh burrito. Unfortunately, by the time I walked it back home, it was ice cold when I unwrapped it. I attempted to salvage it in the microwave, but to no avail. The burrito had no flavor and contained hardly any chicken. The customer service from the girl who took my order was non-existent, and the cook clearly doesn't care. For $14, this experience has added another Mexican food restaurant in San Francisco to my list of places to never visit again.
