Spectacular Brasa and Service!
We had a spectacular experience at this restaurant. The brasa and the quality of the meats were exceptional. This was complemented by fast and efficient service, delivered with great friendliness. It has been a great discovery. Long live the supreme chicken! From Barcelona - Catalunya. Josep and Anna Maria.

Awful Service, No Food Received
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. I didn’t even get my food and ended up leaving. They called out an order, but then stated it wasn't mine but for a couple who ordered after me. I had already been waiting 10 minutes for my single item. I decided to cut my losses and leave due to the awful service.

Confusing Chicken Portion Sizes
They offer 12 pieces! Meaning, they cut one chicken into 12 pieces! And another combo is 8 pieces, also from one chicken! So, it's better to buy two whole chickens! The service, atmosphere, and food were all rated 4 out of 5.

El Pollo Supremo: Tasty Chicken, But Room for Improvement
My experience at El Pollo Supremo was a trip down memory lane. I've known this place on Geneva since the late 90s but had been absent for about a decade until recently. The chicken is char-broiled de la parrilla after being marinated overnight with a secret Mexican family recipe. While the chicken is tasty, it was noted by other reviewers and myself to be a little dry. The sauce is not bad, but I believe they could offer more variety, perhaps something like Peri-Peri. The beans and rice are decent, but the tortillas are terrible 😔. On the positive side, the price is reasonable, which is a welcome change from fancy, pricey new joints. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a familiar taste, but there are areas that could be improved.

Tasty Chicken and Great Value
My experience at the restaurant was great! I ordered the 2 pieces with one side and tortillas. The chicken was really good and tasty. The tortillas were also really good. The price is very reasonable.

Good Chicken, Lacking Sauces
My experience at this restaurant, which I'd describe as a non-chain El Pollo Loco with more food variety like fish, was generally positive. I really liked the no-frill feel of the place. A significant plus is that when paying with a credit card, they don't have the stupid tip amount most other restaurants do. The chicken is tender and reasonably priced. However, my main issues were the lack of sauce options for the chicken; the current salsa isn't optimal, and I actually prefer El Pollo Loco due to their sauce choices. If they had peri peri sauce, it would have been perfect. Additionally, the parking is ridiculously tiny, both in availability and stall size. Despite these drawbacks, it's still worth going since there isn't any El Pollo Loco nearby, and I appreciate the no-frill service and that tipping is truly optional.

Nostalgic Gem with Delicious Food
This is an old gem and a staple that hasn't changed with time. Every chance I get to walk in, I'm hit with nostalgia. The smell is the first thing that always takes me back. From the moment you approach the door, the charboiled chicken just fills the air. The sauce pairs perfectly with the Spanish rice and pinto beans! I love the old 4 pc combo, but the burrito is a great bargain for what you get and avoids the hassle of getting through the bones. Never change and save this place at all cost by keep on supporting! Recently, I tried the fish and chips for the first time after all these years, and yes, it's good as well! Looking forward to keep exploring the menu and all the options they have available.

Good Food, Room for Improvement
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the food had a good flavor, there's definitely room for improvement in the service and ambience. I also think they could expand the menu and offer more dishes as combos. Despite these points, I would return to eat here.

Disappointing Decline in Quality and Service
My experience at this restaurant has unfortunately been a downward spiral over the past few years. What used to be a favorite spot, especially before the pandemic, has significantly declined in both food quality and service. On several recent occasions, we've encountered issues such as missing items, including entire meals, and when brought to their attention, the response was simply to get a refund rather than attempting to rectify the situation. The chicken, which was once delicious, is now consistently dry and overcooked. While I've been a loyal fan for over five years and wish them well, it's disheartening to see the lack of customer care and the drop in food standards. I believe this may be a training issue that requires the owners' attention, as I love supporting small businesses and would be willing to provide direct feedback to help them improve and return to their former amazing state.
