Quick Slice, Nice View
I had a quick slice of pizza during my visit. The pizza was hot and semi-fresh, but it wasn't anything special; it did the job. The atmosphere was also unremarkable, nothing special.
However, I did enjoy watching the busy street outside through the huge windows while I ate.

Uncooked Shrimp and Upset Stomach
I had a Shrimp quesadilla earlier today, and unfortunately, the shrimp was uncooked. This has resulted in an upset stomach. I urge you to be more careful with food preparation.

Best Burritos in SF!
I ordered takeout from here and got the vegan super burrito, while Bryce got the prawn and steak burrito. I loved my burrito; the only difference I would make next time is to get black beans. Bryce also liked his, and we agreed it was one of the best burritos we’ve had in SF.
It also came with tortilla chips and salsas, which were too spicy lol.

Excellent Veggie Burrito and Salsas!
My daughter brought me here shortly after I arrived in the city. I had the veggie burrito and it was excellent. The chips were fresh, and both the red and green salsas were delicious.
I will definitely be back.

Late Night Mexican Gem!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for late-night Mexican food in San Francisco. The location is perfect, situated amidst the best nightclubs and dance clubs, making it ideal for grabbing a bite after a night out. The hours are a huge plus, as they are open till late, perfect for midnight snacks.
The drinks, including Mexican beer like Corona and sodas, are incredibly affordable, though I do wish they had coffee. The speed of service is impressive; if you're hungry, this is the place to be. Cleanliness is also top-notch, including the restrooms.
The gender ratio is diverse, with LGBTQ, Goth, and leather communities all present, fostering a friendly atmosphere at the counter where you can make great friends. The food quality is very good, with everything cooked carefully. I've tried 60% of the menu and enjoyed it all.
The staff makes you feel truly at home, and as a repeat customer who's been here 20+ times, I'm certain locals feel the same.

Honest Neighborhood Taqueria: Good and Cheap
My experience at this restaurant was that of an honest neighborhood taqueria. The food is good and it’s cheap, especially by San Francisco standards. I recommend not holding it to Michelin star restaurant standards, as life is easier and you’ll be happier that way!

Completely Incorrect Orders, Poor Service
My experience was extremely disappointing. We placed two separate orders for three people, and both were completely incorrect; not a single item arrived as ordered. When an item like flan is unavailable, the appropriate response is to remove it from the bill, not to quietly substitute it with something nobody wanted.
The replacement cakes ended up in the trash. Two of the meals were passable, though not what we asked for, and one was entirely wrong. To make matters worse, the restaurant attempted to shift the blame onto the delivery driver, a poor excuse considering the receipt is clearly attached to the bag, and the errors stemmed from the kitchen, not the courier.
Being hung up on twice when I simply called to get the issue resolved was the most disappointing part. That level of dismissiveness shows a stunning lack of professionalism. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them defines its integrity, and unfortunately, this place came up severely lacking.
I won’t be ordering from here again.

El Capitan: Solid Taqueria Experience
My experience at El Capitan was surprisingly good. I'd say it's a pretty damn good taqueria. They really serve a purpose by providing affordable Mexican fare, especially for those coming from bars late at night.
While the sauces might not be very spicy, which some might find lacking, it's not always about burning your face off. Sometimes, a milder option is better, especially after drinking, to avoid potential stomach issues from excessive hot sauce. The food was rated a 5, atmosphere a 5, and service a 5, making it a solid choice for dinner.

Disappointing Vegan Order and Poor Service
My experience today was incredibly frustrating. I waited 45 minutes for a single quesadilla, despite being the first customer to order and only one of five people in the store. To make matters worse, I watched four people who ordered after me receive their food first.
When I inquired about my order, a cook actually sat in my chair to eat his own dinner, forcing me to move. This happened when there were plenty of empty tables. Upon arriving home, I discovered my "vegan" quesadilla was made with dairy cheese.
This is particularly disheartening as I had recently returned to give the restaurant another chance after previous issues with staff not understanding "vegan" orders and serving me meat or dairy. While I do enjoy the food when it's prepared correctly by competent staff, the rudeness and lack of care I experienced today, especially regarding dietary orders, is unacceptable and might be the final straw.
