My experience at Dynasty Dumpling was excellent. The restaurant has all the ingredients of a good Chinese food restaurant, including a great menu selection, food freshness, and a pleasant dining room ambience. The food was rated a 5, and the atmosphere was also a 5. Service was also rated a 5, and there was no wait time. The price per person was between $50–100.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently great over my three visits in the past four months. The food and service were excellent each time. The young servers, who I assume are kids, really put in a lot of effort to please the customers. We also ordered party trays for a work event, and the food was absolutely outstanding.

My experience at this restaurant was far from great. I encountered significant issues from the start, including being hung up on twice when trying to place an order over the phone. The staff member had difficulty understanding me, and then hung up again before confirming my name. The menu lacked beef options, and I found a shrimp tail in my dumpling, which was quite unpleasant. Upon arrival, despite having my order ready, I faced a lengthy wait of 5 minutes to process payment due to a slow machine. The overall service was subpar, and I believe there are much better dumplings available at better prices elsewhere. This place offered nothing special.

Even arriving within an hour of closing, the restaurant was still quite busy. We were seated promptly in a bright, inviting, and clean space. Our jasmine tea arrived piping hot, perfect for the cool evening. The two ladies managing table orders and service were incredibly efficient and helpful to all guests. We observed several more groups arriving after us, along with food delivery drivers and people picking up orders, yet our experience was seamless. The Cantonese cuisine was delicious, contrary to some other reviews. Our experience was perfect. The dumplings were a standout, with excellent wrappers and flavorful fillings. The price was on point, and the portions were generous, perfect for sharing and providing leftovers for lunch. The seafood tofu soup was also piping hot and so delicious we forgot to take a picture. The restrooms were kept very clean. We would definitely dine here again when back in the city.

This place is a true staple in our neighborhood. My experience was fantastic, with delicious food and quick service. The Dynasty Fried Rice is a standout favorite. It's a major plus that they use no MSG. I highly recommend it for both take out and dine-in!

My husband and I visited Dynasty Dumplings during our trip to San Francisco's Japantown/Chinatown, drawn by its strong online ratings and claims of clean ingredients. Unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. Parking was a significant challenge, and the initial phone interaction with the restaurant was unpleasant due to a rude and rushed staff member. Upon receiving our order, we found the food to be largely flavorless and poorly executed. The Chicken Corn Dumplings were decent in portion but lacked any discernible taste. The Beef Dumplings were even worse, described as overcooked with an unpleasantly raw texture. The Chow Mein was a major disappointment; the noodles were thick like udon, and the flavor was overwhelmingly garlic, greasy, and bland. The Veggie Spring Rolls were dreadful – oily, burnt, and strangely tasted of cinnamon, leaving my hands coated in grease. The Shrimp Fried Rice was completely flavorless, with the shrimp tasting off and the rice unseasoned, leading to stomach pains. The Beef & Broccoli was the worst dish, featuring a strange, fake beef texture, a watery, oily, and soggy consistency, and again, an overpowering garlic flavor without proper seasoning. We spent $100 on a meal we could barely eat, and my husband experienced an upset stomach afterward. We couldn't even give the leftovers away. While the restaurant offered to remake dumplings or spring rolls, this was not feasible as we were no longer in the area. Despite the positive reviews, our experience was so poor that we will not be returning or recommending this establishment.

My experience at this restaurant was amazing. The food was fantastic, the service was great, and the environment was very comfortable. I'm visiting from San Diego for the weekend, but if I lived in the area, I would be here often.
