My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the service. The workers seemed indifferent or lacked the efficiency to work at a reasonable pace. Furthermore, the management appeared unconcerned about these issues.

I took my daughter here and she got food poisoning. I thought it was from somewhere else, but I came here yesterday and I have food poisoning now. I don't think this location is clean.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I had to ask for my coffee to be remade three times, and it still wasn't right. The mini bagels I ordered were served cold, and I didn't even receive the cream cheese I requested for my plain bagel. I'm very disappointed with this location and the staff; it's clear that employees are not being trained correctly. I wasted both time and money on food that was simply gross. I hope they can improve.

I purchased a medium cafe con leche and was extremely disappointed to find it was only half full once I got into my Uber. I’m super pissed 😤.

This is genuinely the worse Dunkin' I’ve been to in Orlando. The customer service is horrible! This is my second time visiting, and both experiences were bad. On both occasions, I was sent out the drive-through to wait for my food. I literally only ordered an egg and cheese and hashbrowns, which shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make, especially when I placed a mobile order. According to an employee named ‘Zaniya, ’ there was no manager or shift lead available. She asked ‘Chrystal’ to speak with me instead, as I refused to leave without speaking to a manager. Chrystal was just as cold as Zaniya and stated she could only offer a refund and advised me to contact the app for any issues. The last time I visited, I was told to go inside and get my own lid because they gave me the wrong size cup. That was a different employee, so clearly, someone needs to improve the hiring process.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to poor customer service. I inquired about the snackin bacon being extremely chilled and was met with a sour face and unhelpful attitude. I believe that when customers are spending their hard-earned money on breakfast, the least the staff could do is show empathy and understanding.

My experience at this restaurant has been inconsistent. I'm there almost every morning, but the quality is never the same. Sometimes I get 80% milk and 20% coffee, and other times it's the reverse. This would be acceptable if I didn't have to wait 20 minutes to get my coffee, which is a significant amount of waiting time.

I visit this restaurant a few times a week before work to get an iced coffee. So far, I’ve only encountered one employee with manners; the rest are so rude. They don’t say please, thank you, or have a nice day. I’ll even thank them, and they don’t say anything back. I guess being mannerless and miserable is a requirement to work here.

My experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts was consistently rude and unprofessional, primarily due to an employee named Sherry. On my second visit with issues, I was cut off mid-sentence while ordering my coffee. When I tried to clarify my order (no cream, no sugar), I was told to ‘order without pausing, ’ despite not having paused. During my first visit, a frozen coffee I’d ordered before was handed to me with chocolate, and when I pointed out the mistake, I was told I was wrong. The store’s contact number also doesn’t work, and when I mentioned this, I was brushed off with more attitude. This Dunkin’ is giving the brand a bad name, and management needs to address this behavior.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the general manager. She was consistently rude and had a bad attitude. I will never be coming here again.
