Disappointing Morning Service
My recent experience at this restaurant has been disappointing. Despite their advertised opening at 5 am, they are too lazy to cook anything and only serve coffee and donuts. This has become a consistent issue, forcing me to find alternative places for breakfast before work, which ultimately costs me more time.

Disappointing Experience with Stock Issues
This is the second week in a row where they did not have food items. Today, they took my order, but then when we got to the window, they told me that they did not have the items that we were asking for. They tried to swap an apple juice with an orange juice and they revealed to me that they did not have my coffee flavor that I ordered.
I believe I overheard one of the staff members also say that they did not have two of the donuts that I had just ordered, so upon that, I asked them to cancel my order. I read the previous comments about the service taking a dive. That is truly unfortunate.
It's a nice area and we do a lot of business every Saturday in that area. We ended up driving 2 miles away to another Dunkin Donuts in Winter Park that was on point. I hope they get it fixed fast.

Poor Service and Availability
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. They never have items that you want and the customer service is poor. I would avoid at all costs, as there’s a better option on Fairview.

Disgusted by Handled Donuts
My experience was truly disgusting. The staff member grabbed the donuts with his hands to put them in the bag. This is unacceptable and unsanitary.

Disappointing experience with missing items
I placed an order on the app for a cereal n milk latte, cold brew with cereal milk, and 25 assorted munchkins. When we arrived at the drive-thru, the staff informed us that the cereal milk was discontinued. After receiving our modified drinks, the staff member said "bye.
" I then had to remind them about the munchkins, to which they replied, "oh. We are out of those. " It seems this location was going to keep my money without providing the munchkins I paid for, expecting me to dispute it through the app.
I won't be returning to this location. I received a receipt with the full charge, despite not getting all my items.

Hash Browns Never Arrive
My experience at the restaurant has been consistently disappointing regarding hash browns. It seems that every time I've ordered them, especially when using my points, I never actually receive them. My advice to other customers is to check your bag before driving away to ensure you have everything you ordered.

Disappointing Decline in Service and Quality
This place used to be great when I first moved here a year ago. Unfortunately, my experience over the last 5 months has been terrible. They are consistently out of items, even when there's no line.
The employees frequently switch roles mid-order, causing confusion, and one gentleman seems particularly incompetent at taking orders, never reading them back correctly. I'm unsure if management needs to provide better training, but this location has significantly declined from its former greatness. I hope it improves soon.

Abysmal Service, Ovens Never Working
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The ovens are consistently not working, which is a significant issue. Despite this reduced workload, the customer service is always abysmal.

Unprofessional and Insanitary Experience
I do not advise going here, especially on a Saturday or when this particular staff member is working. My experience was the most unprofessional and insanitary transaction I've ever encountered. Initially, the staff member was outside the store, loudly talking and swearing on his phone.
Upon entering with my child, he continued this behavior, approaching us with a nasty attitude and an eye roll, as if we were an inconvenience. The situation escalated when he handled the donuts with his bare hands, after touching door handles and other surfaces outside, and then proceeded to throw them halfway onto the paper. This was particularly concerning as he was still on his phone and appeared unkempt, looking like he had just stepped out of a cardboard box.
Despite my son wanting a donut, I threw them all in the trash due to these unsanitary practices. This is simply unacceptable, and the establishment needs to significantly improve its standards.

Consistently Wrong Orders and Declining Quality
As a local who visits almost every morning, I'm always trying to be optimistic that my order will turn out correctly, but it's always a fail. There's one specific employee whose orders are consistently wrong, missing items, or require me to repeat and reorder. Ownership or management needs to take hold before this location completely sinks.
The quality of the food and drinks has become sloppy, with poor taste or overcooked items.
