My experience at the restaurant was marked by slow service, which took two hours for food to arrive over a very long time. The food was ok, but the hot tea was lukewarm.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the food quality. I ordered the steamed pork, chive, and shrimp dumplings. Upon tasting one, I found it to be mushy. Upon cutting open the next dumpling, I discovered that the pork was still raw. While the staff apologized multiple times, they did not offer to comp the dish.

My experience at this restaurant was a mix of hits and misses. On the positive side, the spicy siu mai, mini spicy potstickers, har gow, and bbq pork bun were definite wins. However, some dishes like the scallion pancake, XLB, regular potsticker, and Dan Dan noodle were just fine, not outstanding, and I probably wouldn't go out of my way to order them again. The atmosphere was nice and bright, giving it a pleasant cafe vibe, especially during lunchtime. Unfortunately, the QR code ordering system at the tables was really annoying; I lost my order twice due to website difficulties. Despite the tech issues, it was a nice lunch for a Monday afternoon.

Mannnnn! I've been here about 5 times, and it's consistently really good! The restaurant attendants are some of the friendliest and hardest working out there. I love the dry fried string beans, XLB, and dumplings. Definitely check them out!
