My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I absolutely loved the sweet & sour cucumbers, the romaine salad with sesame dressing, and the soup dumplings. The pan fried dumplings were cooked to perfection, and the jasmine tea was also delicious! 💙

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The quality of the food has unfortunately declined. I would much rather go to other dumpling places around Seattle, which would likely be cheaper too.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, with tasty food that was easy to order. I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Wonton Soup. However, there was a minor issue with a late noodle order that was initially charged but then removed. They did create a "doggy bag" with the noodles at no extra charge, which was a nice gesture. Overall, the food quality was excellent (rated 5/5), and the service and atmosphere were also good (rated 4/5).

I used to love Dough Zone, but the quality has really declined over the past year. The service and food both feel careless now. They no longer bring out fresh ginger with your dumplings — you have to ask for it, and even then, it’s not fresh. My longtime favorite, the chili pork wontons, has lost all its flavor and tastes completely different from before. They’ve even removed the refreshing iced jasmine tea from the menu. To top it off, our server forgot about our table, and we had to flag them down multiple times just to place our order. Really disappointing experience from a restaurant I used to rave about.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially considering the price point. While the XLB were slightly below the standard of 'DTF' (a benchmark for comparison), everything else I tried was equal to or better. The pricing was significantly lower than DTF, making it a great value. Portions are small, which is a plus as it allows you to order and try more varieties. I thoroughly enjoyed the pan fried dumplings, jajiang noodles, hot oil pork wonton, and scalion pancake. The pan fried bun and beef roll were a bit underwhelming, but overall, the food was great. The service and atmosphere were excellent, both receiving a perfect score.

My experience at the restaurant was great! They now have Pork & Crab Meat Xiao Long Bao on the menu. I didn’t even realize when it was added, but it was super tasty. I highly recommend it!

My experience at Dough Zone was fantastic, especially their soup dumplings! They were the best I've ever had. If you're looking for an experience similar to Din Tai Fung but want to avoid the high price, Dough Zone is a great option. It was affordable and just as good. We visited for dinner on 06/07/25.

Normally, I really like Dough Zone, but this branch was really subpar. The orders are pretty quick at other locations, but here it took some time. We thought this meant the food would be super fresh, but no, the food was cold and not at all fresh. We ordered a portion of Dan Dan Noodles, and the quantity was lesser than normal. Overall, a bad experience and I would definitely not be back.

As a loyal customer of 5 years, I was disappointed with the new chili oil. It was bitter and grainy, significantly impacting the taste of both the cucumber and bao. This change has made me a not a fan anymore.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the food. However, after our most recent visit, we won’t be returning. Not even 30 minutes after eating, I developed severe diarrhea, and my husband began violently vomiting. This wasn’t a mild stomach upset; we were both seriously sick for the rest of the day, and it completely ruined our plans. We hadn’t eaten anything unusual that day besides this meal, and given how quickly the symptoms hit us both, there’s no doubt it was from the food served here. Whether due to spoiled ingredients, improper food handling, or cross-contamination, something went very wrong in that kitchen. We’re incredibly disappointed. After being loyal customers for so long, this experience was not only shocking but completely unacceptable. We urge management to investigate this immediately and take action to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
