Ambience (1.3 out of 10)

mentioned by 5% of the guests

When it comes to the ambience, theres unfortunately no positive feedback to share, as we found 0 positive comments among the 4 pieces of customer feedback. It seems theres nothing to highlight on the bright side for this particular aspect. However, the overall vibe here is quite challenging, reflected in a poor score of 1.3 and a customer satisfaction of 0%.

The main issue, highlighted by terms like military base, atmosphere, and location, is that many customers simply cannot get inside the military base, making the restaurant inaccessible. Several comments noted the atmosphere was also a 1 or Atmosphere: 2 due to this significant hurdle.

Value (3.5 out of 10)

mentioned by 16% of the guests

While some customers found a great price on certain items and felt that the price was generally fair, the overall sentiment for value is quite low. With a score of 3.5 (poor) and only 3 positive remarks out of 15 total comments, it seems these positive experiences are unfortunately rare. However, the majority of feedback points to significant issues, with 9 negative comments highlighting concerns like unexpected delivery fee costs, being charged $3.50 for cheese and peppers, and frustrating situations where payment processed but no refund was given, leading to lost time and money.

This contributes to a very low customer satisfaction of just 20% (poor).

Worst Manager, Terrible Pizza Experience
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The manager is the worst manager ever, providing the worst customer experience. She made me feel like a worthless customer. Furthermore, my pizza was full of bubbles, and the dough did not taste fresh. It's perplexing how the regular employees make the pizza taste better when they are present, but when she makes my pizza, it looks and tastes rushed and inedible. I believe the management position should be given to someone who truly deserves it.

Brooklyn Crust Not Available
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing regarding the crust. I have tried many times to get the Brooklyn crust, and each time I end up receiving a hand tossed crust instead. This has been a recurring issue.

Disappointing Domino's Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a takeaway hole in the wall. I haven't eaten at Domino's Pizza in ten years, and this visit did not change my mind. The food received a low rating of 2, and the atmosphere was also rated poorly at 2. While the service was rated a bit higher at 4, the overall experience was underwhelming.

Dry pasta, smashed pizza, poor service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered pasta and pizza. The pasta tasted old and was very dry, lacking any sauce. The pizza box was smashed, causing half the toppings to stick to the lid. When I called to inquire about a replacement or refund, I was told I'd have to pay extra for sauce. I would advise others to save their money and order from elsewhere.

Horrible Experience, Do Not Order
My experience was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend ordering food from here. The food was served on a marine bass, which is strange, and I couldn't even get my food. The girl who answered the phone acted like she didn't care. I suggest they terminate this business.
