I couldn't pay me to come back here. 3 times in a row they messed up and 3 times in a row they didn't accept responsibility. Three strikes and you're out! Twice, they have said my order was ready when it was not even close to being ready. I experienced a 10-minute wait just for them to figure out my order, followed by another 10 minutes while they gathered it and argued amongst each other. Not to mention, I was pretty much yelled at when I walked through the door. A simple "Someone will be right with you" would suffice; you don't have to yell. This gives the impression that customers are not wanted. I never received a "Sorry for the wait! " or "Hey, it's on us. " I didn't even get a "thank you" or "have a good night. " Absolutely horrendous. They were still arguing on my way out! This team sucks! I don't have any issue calling them out either. It was 2 Latino dudes with ponytails and facial hair, one taller than the other. The other guy was named Lucian. The 3rd time is because their app is absolute dog water. I ordered food to a specific location, and the app registered it as a delivery from a store not even near me, even after I manually put in the details. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER DOMINO'S, YOU'RE ABOUT TO LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

I ordered pizza for my daughter's sleepover birthday party on Saturday night, November 1st. To my disappointment, the pizza arrived burnt and blackened, and the other pizza was dried and hard. Although I don't eat pizza myself, my kids love it, and seeing this quality of food was very disappointing and enraged me. This is not edible; it's trash quality. I strongly suggest the franchise hire a QC to ensure better standards. This is ridiculous.

My experience at Domino's was made perfect by the awesome service from Brian May and Isaac. They truly went out of their way to ensure I had a great time. I will definitely be returning for more pizza 🍕 😋 orders. Thank you.

My recent experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I used to order from here frequently, but on my most recent visit, it took them an hour to prepare just two pizzas. Their system failed to notify them that I was waiting outside for my order. To make matters worse, the pizza arrived burnt, and there was a chaotic scene with multiple employees yelling at each other. Given the many other options available in Mira Mesa, I would recommend exploring those instead.

I ordered a pizza on Tuesday night around 8: 30 PM. While I don't recall the names of the staff working, they made the best pizza I have ever had. The food was exceptional, and the service was great, contributing to a wonderful atmosphere.

My experience at Dominos Pizza was positive, especially with their special deal for pickup. I found the pizza to be quite good, even better than Pizza Hut and Papa John's in terms of both topping and dough quality.

My fiancé and I work extremely stressful and dangerous jobs, 7 days a week. So when we have time to relax, we really look forward to getting foods that we have been craving. I don’t know what’s happening to this Domino's location. We ordered yesterday and our pizza was very burnt, missing toppings, and just all dough. The pasta had about 1/2 of the typical portion, completely dried out pasta noodles, and burnt all around. The brownie was a complete brick, completely inedible. So we spent a long time trying to contact support and they didn’t email us back. We were still craving Domino's, so we ordered again tonight, and to our complete astonishment, IT IS WORSE! I talked to the store about it and they had no real response to the issue. They just said if I don’t hear back from support in a few days, to come back and let them know. We ordered from here a few months ago and it was incredible. Don’t order from this location now. I’d be happy to change my review if they make this right and make changes, but we’ve spent $100 in 2 days, with inedible food, completely unacceptable.

My experience with Domino's pizza delivery was the worst I've had. We didn't receive our drinks or the sauce for the cinnamon twist. This was a significant issue with the delivery service.

My experience was absolutely amazing! My food was prepared fast and fresh, and it arrived at my door hot and ready. Honestly, this is one of the best Domino's I've ordered from. I highly recommend it, even if it's the weekend and late at night. Be sure to tip your drivers too! 🖤

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I received burnt pasta and a half portion. When I called to complain, I was put on hold for three minutes and then told they were too busy, which I suspect is why my order was messed up. The owner should address this issue. The ladies working there were rude and insensitive. When I asked to speak to the manager, one of the staff members claimed to be the manager. My request to speak to the owner was met with a blunt refusal, showing a clear lack of customer value. I hope Dominos corporate sees this and provides these staff members with customer service training.
