Domino's Pizza - Reviews

My experience with Domino's was extremely negative due to their poor service. After expressing my frustration about a long wait, the employee, Javier, hung up on me. When I called back, no one answered. This is not the first time Domino's has been rude and taken too long, and it's unacceptable that they still took my money. I will never order from them again.

My experience at this restaurant was marred by significant issues with their phone system and service. The store's phone is set up to never ring inside, leading to robotic voices that transfer you to a business line that never answers. I was explicitly told I couldn't be on hold because the phone hadn't been ringing. Furthermore, the delivery drivers were consistently rude and brought incomplete orders. They also refused to follow "leave at the door" instructions. To top it off, the pizzas were never cut all the way through.

Eating out in Seattle is a luxury I can barely afford anymore. However, the pizzas here remain consistently good, just as I remember them. The food quality is excellent, and the service was top-notch, earning a perfect score. The atmosphere is also quite pleasant, rated a 4. Overall, a great experience for the price.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, largely thanks to Esther! She was the bomb, killing it on a busy Monday night during a rainstorm. She was alone slinging pizza with a long list on the board. She can make my pizza anytime! Thank you Esther! 🍕

My experience at this restaurant allowed for dine-in, but it was concerning that there was no public restroom available. The employees were amazing, but the lack of a restroom felt almost illegal. Despite this significant drawback, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch.

My experience was extremely frustrating. I placed an order, but it was never received. Hours later, around 1 am, I received a call stating that the restaurant had to close early and my order was canceled. It's baffling that they were still there if they had to close early. This place is terrible. This is the third time in a row that I've ordered a pizza from this location, and they've canceled my order.

The establishment clearly has a cleanliness issue. I've personally found long strands of hair baked into my pizza crust. Furthermore, the area outside the store is appalling, resembling a skid row with homeless individuals engaging in drug use, spitting, and urinating on the building. The store and its employees are disgusting and unhygienic. I strongly advise against eating here and will be reporting this store and its owner to the DOH. It is truly DISGUSTING.
