My experience at this restaurant was marred by terrible customer service. The system went down, and after two hours, there was no apology or offer to replace the order, only excuses. To make matters worse, the employee actually hung up on me. It was an awful experience.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food tasted great, the presentation was disappointing as a good portion of the pizza was folded in on itself. This raised concerns about the restaurant's attention to detail. Additionally, during my visit, I observed an employee on the phone being rude to someone ordering food, which negatively impacted the overall service experience.

My experience at this place was absolute horrible. I would advise against ordering any dips as they are consistently never included in the order. Furthermore, they always deliver late, and they've recently introduced a stupid delivery minimum of 23 dollars.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by extremely rude service from the counter sales person, who was Indian. He was unhelpful and did not respond to my questions. Upon returning for my order after 20 minutes, my requests for paper plates, red chili paper, and napkins were denied with the dismissive suggestion to 'eat by hand'. 😂😂😂 This establishment exhibits zero customer service. The pizza itself was also not good compared to other pizza shops in San Francisco.

I will never order from this location again. I placed an order for delivery at 9: 45 pm. My card was charged, and I immediately received a notification that my pizza was delivered, but no food ever arrived. When I called the store, there was no answer. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to go to the store to resolve the issue. The next day, I went to the store, and it took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, even though staff clearly saw me and I had asked for assistance. Finally, the supposed manager came out. I explained the situation, and he stated he couldn't issue a refund until after 5 pm, which I suspect was because he planned to leave then and didn't want to deal with it. I asked him to make the food I originally ordered instead. He argued with me for about 5 minutes before finally agreeing. He then proceeded to make 7 or 8 other pizzas before asking what I had ordered. An hour later, I finally received my food. Never again.

I've been coming here for years, but something has changed in the last month. The food has become inedible due to way too much cheese. I won't be ordering again, which is very sad.
