Domino's Pizza - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant was great! It was quick, polite, and clean. It's an obvious go-to for a quick painless dinner. This location is good!

I've had multiple issues with getting pizza delivered to my house. When I call, they act like I am stealing their pizzas or something and won't reorder another order to my house. One time, the driver told me they handed it to me but described the wrong house.

My experience at Domino's Carmel Mountain was disappointing. The manager refused to honor the 7. 99 mix and match deal, insisting I buy two pizzas instead. To make matters worse, my order arrived missing the Mac and cheese, without a thin crust option, and the pizzas were only lukewarm. I'm giving a 2-star rating solely because I did receive food. I will not be ordering from Domino's Carmel Mountain again for myself or my company and will be taking my business to Rancho Bernardo.

I was having trouble ordering something on the website. I called the store and received some of the most exceptional customer service that I've ever gotten at Domino's from Jacob. I hope that his Superior sees this and recognizes him for his hard work.

Last night, there was a mistake with my pizza, which I assume was a computer error. However, I spoke with an employee named Will, who was incredibly nice and helped me understand what might have happened. People like him, who provide great customer service, truly deserve a raise. Thank you!

My experience at this Domino's was horrible. I have never waited longer for a pizza to be made than I did tonight. When I arrived, there were no other customers and no pizzas were being made, yet there was already a 15-minute wait to even start making my pizzas. I don't normally visit this location and I will never return. To make matters worse, they forgot to put cheese on one of the pizzas. While I did add feta, there was definitely supposed to be cheese as well. I will be contacting the corporate office about this. It was an embarrassment to Domino's.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the pizza. I ordered a medium pizza that was supposed to have bacon and pineapple. Unfortunately, I found no bacon and only 2 tiny pieces of pineapple. This was not good.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! While I usually prefer takeout, I found that the dine-in experience is great. The food is great 👍, and the prices are fair 😁. Additionally, the employees are rad 😁.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to an incorrect order. They WILL get your order wrong. They forgot my $9 Parmesan bites but somehow remembered my marinara sauce for it? Really?

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered a pizza that looked like it had been stepped on and smashed into the box. It was awful to see after spending a lot of money on our order. The service was very bad for this store.
