Domino's Pizza - Reviews

My experience was marred by the inconsiderate parking of the restaurant's drivers. They don't even use parking spaces and just leave their cars wherever, impacting other area businesses.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. When the delivery person called, I went out to pick them up, but they were extremely far from my apartment's address. I walked around trying to find them but never saw them. I gave the delivery person directions on where I was, and they said they would call when they were close. They never called, and my order just appeared as delivered. Later, I received a message that my order had been canceled and to call the store for more information. I called, and they put me on hold for 10 minutes, and no one ever answered! I had to hang up and ended up going hungry.

My experience was horrible due to the service. The delivery guy stole my change. He said he was going for the change, then turned on the car and left.

My experience ordering pizza from this Domino's location over the past 8 years has been consistently good, but my most recent order was elevated by the exceptional customer service from Steven, the driver. He was very friendly and very courteous, providing what I can only describe as best 5-star service. Thank you, Domino's!

My experience at the restaurant was a delightful trip down memory lane! George provided excellent service, showing high tolerance ability to multitask, answering my questions, and walking me through the menu options. I hadn't ordered in years, but I dove in and enjoyed a Yummy chicken Alfredo and hot buffalo bone in wings. The wings were a bit smaller than expected, but overall, the food was fantastic. The atmosphere was great, and the service was top-notch.

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I didn't get what I ordered, and the pizza I received was cold, clearly a leftover from lunch. It was the worst pizza ever.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes, but upon arrival, it wasn't prepared. I had to reorder, and the staff member had a terrible attitude. He initially tried to charge me more than the quoted price. When I questioned it, he walked away and returned with a manager who voided and re-charged the correct amount without a word. I had to ask again about the wait time. I won’t recommend this place at all due to the rude people. They need to realize that customers are essential for business and paychecks.

I used to order from this store all the time until once I ordered delivery and when I sat down to eat I noticed my puppy was gone. LLOOONNNNGGGG story short the delivery guy stole my dog! I only got her back because I showed up there and waited for the guy to get back to the store. He had my puppy in his car. He was taking her home. And he KNEW she was mine. He saw her when he walked up my driveway. Good job employing such a thief.
