My experience at this restaurant was quite surprising. I've only had Shanghai dumplings where they claim that not having soup inside is correct. Really!

The provided fork was flimsy and couldn't even cut through the dishes, and no knife was offered. As a self-proclaimed dumpling connoisseur, I found the food to be fair at best.
