My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. We were seated for nearly 20 minutes, and during that time, no one came to assist us. We attempted to get someone's attention for basic necessities like water, but we were completely ignored. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn't even busy. The service was extremely poor, leading to a very frustrating experience.

I had dinner here this evening with my family and would highly recommend this establishment. The ambience was relaxed and comfortable, and the service was spot on – professional and accommodating. We ordered a number of dishes, but I would say the omakase sashimi was fantastic. The lamb chops were also prepared with a simple seasoning of salt, pepper, and garlic. My only suggestions for improvement would be to have cushions on the hard wood chairs and benches, and to offer fresh wasabi. Overall, this is truly a fantastic local neighborhood establishment.

My experience at Dash was wonderful! I loved their delicious sushi and other Japanese food, which was always fresh and tasty. The service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Parking was also relatively easy. I highly recommend trying the Umi Masu - Ocean Trout.
