My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. It's a great modern Slavic place that masterfully blends traditional and new flavors. Fusion cuisine can be challenging, but they've achieved a perfect balance. A notable highlight is the fine balance of herbs used in all dishes, even extending to the dessert. I highly recommend coming here to taste it for yourself!

It was our first time trying Eastern European food, and it did not disappoint. Our experience was fantastic, with everyone being great. Anna took such good care of us, explaining what made some of the dishes special and helping us pick drinks from their extensive cocktail list. She also suggested we try everything family style, which turned out to be the perfect choice for sharing appetizers and main dishes. There was a DJ playing, and we learned they have this kind of event monthly. We were even invited to their birthday next week, a gesture we found very nice, though we'll be out of town. Overall, we all had a great time and will definitely be back!

If you're planning to be at the restaurant for a long time, it's a good choice. We waited 30 minutes for menus and our drinks, and the food took 1 hour to arrive. We asked for the check several times, but instead, we were served dessert that we did not want and were forced to pay for it. The food was good; we got there at 6 and left at 11.):

What an experience! We visited for the Alice in Wonderland event and had a truly fun time. The service from Ivanna and Brook was AMAZING; they truly deserve recognition. The drinks were great, and the bites were delicious. Overall, a 5/5 experience that I definitely recommend!

My experience at this charming little restaurant was delightful. Our server, Olesie, was sweet and helpful. They offer creative cocktails and interesting Balkan wines alongside California selections, many from women-owned wineries. Every course was elevated with a little extra crunch or texture. The scallop crudo, Slavic stew, turkey & chicken cutlet, and cabbage rolls were all excellent, reminiscent of home-cooked meals. However, the honey cake for dessert was the absolute best – not too sweet, with a flavor akin to honeyed sour cream. It's also a good value.

I'm surprised by the high ratings for this restaurant. My experience was that the food, specifically the cabbage dish, was severely lacking in salt (no salt at all), as were the dishes our friends ordered. While the chicken skewers were okay, the only saving grace was their cocktails, which were decent. We felt the overall price was not justified by the quality of the food. When we brought the issue with the salt to our server's attention, they never returned with an update, which was disappointing.
