Good Wings and Nice Service
My experience at the restaurant was positive. I found the chicken wings to be pretty good. The buffalo sauce paired well with the blue cheese dip, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it served with celery and carrots.
The service was really nice.

Disappointing Scones and Unhelpful Service
My experience involved purchasing ham and cheese scones. The staff heated them for me, but they were still cold inside and very dry. When I asked to have them reheated because they weren't good, I was told it wasn't possible due to hygiene measures 🤨.

Disappointing Macrina Bakery Items at Culture Kitchen
My experience at Culture Kitchen was disappointing, particularly with the Macrina Bakery items. I don't recommend buying any Macrina Bakery items here. While I'm unsure about the original quality of these bakery products, the options available at Culture Kitchen were dry and tasteless.
The food score of 2 reflects this negative experience.

Cold Salmon Ruined My Lunch
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the fried salmon, which arrived iced cold. It was not mentioned on the menu that the salmon would be served cold, and the picture suggested a decent entree.
This ruined my lunch.

Disappointing Meal and Value
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing, especially considering the $60 bill. We expected much better quality for the price. The two kids' grilled cheeses were served cold, which is always a letdown.
What was even more frustrating was the amount of extra, unnecessary cheese added to them, making them inedible for our children and completely different from the simple grilled cheese pictured on the menu. We left feeling like we'd wasted our money. You’re better off buying hotdogs outside and coming back to the museum.

Misleading Salad, Disappointing Experience
Honestly, if you're looking for a salad, you should probably look elsewhere. My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing, particularly with the food. I ordered the Daily Greens bowl, and what I received was a meager handful of spring mix, one cherry tomato cut in half, and one cucumber slice cut into fourths.
This was a blatant and misleading advertisement for an $18 salad, especially when my wife's side salad that came with her cheese steak had more vegetables than mine. The food quality and portion size were extremely poor for the price.

Average food, concerning disposables
My experience at the restaurant was average. The food was rated 3 out of 5, and the service also received a 3 out of 5. They do offer a few healthy options.
However, I was really sad to see they only have single use disposable forks and knives 😢. Even compostable cutlery is really unsustainable and requires lots of carbon emissions for manufacture and transport : (

Horrible food, overpriced and bland
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food was horrible, with everything tasting old or lacking flavor. Given the incredible city and its wonderful food options, I would not recommend wasting an experience here for the food.
Additionally, it was surprisingly expensive for what was offered.

Basic Snack, Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant involved a bit of a wait to order, as the staff seemed busy and the kiosks were not fully stocked. I ended up getting a Nutella brioche bun/muffin shaped snack. It was very basic and nothing special, just good enough to keep away the hunger before heading elsewhere for a more substantial meal.
The food was rated a 3, and service was also rated a 3.

Crummy food, clean place
My experience at this restaurant, located in a popular tourist destination like Mopop, was as expected for such a location. I found the food to be crummy. However, the counter books were helpful, and the place was certainly clean.
