What was your experience at the restaurant? The food was excellent, but the cashier had a horrible attitude. I hope they can improve the service because the place has very good food.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The customer service was very poor, and they seemed understaffed for what they offer. The lady who served us was incredibly rude and bossy. I believe this place is overrated, as the prices felt a bit high for the level of service provided. I've had much better service at other Colombian restaurants. Be aware that your food can take around 30 to 40 minutes to arrive, as they prioritize DoorDash and Uber orders. It's a shame that the customer service is so pésimo.

The food is delicious, but unfortunately, the service is lacking. The meals were served at different times, and there isn't enough space to eat comfortably. It's better to order for takeaway, but I don't recommend dining in.

The food also received a perfect score of 5. The only aspect that could be improved is the dishes where the food is served; they didn't seem very appealing, resembling something from a jail. My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While I'm sure they have good food, the steak used in my quesadilla was of terrible quality, with excessive fat that was noticeable in the taste. It felt like the cheapest steak available was used. However, I did try my mom's chicken quesadilla, and that was good.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The food was absolute tops. I had the cafe de olla, which was amongst the best I’ve ever had, and the breakfast burrito with chorizo was just amazing. Beyond the incredible food, I want to give huge props to the team for their top-notch customer service and the friendly family-style vibes. It was a real treat.

As a Colombian, my experience with the food here was not good, except for one item. It's also quite expensive for the portion sizes. The arepas were an imitation of what they're supposed to be, tasting more like a pupusa. I also tried the empanadas, and both the chicken and vegan versions were absolutely horrible. However, the beef empanada tasted just like those from Colombia, and they make a very good pique with the right consistency of herbs and liquid. The almojabana is not recommended as it was more doughy than cheesy.
