Massive Sandwiches, Characterful Service
My experience at this restaurant was defined by its massive sandwiches, which were also very reasonably priced. The staff running the place are quite the characters, adding a unique charm to the atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the open hours are a bit flexible, with potential early closures around 1 pm.
Additionally, it's a cash-only establishment with no ATM on site, which is an important detail for planning your visit.

Usually Good, But Found a Hair
I've been coming here for years and the sandwiches are usually good. However, on my recent visit, I found a hair in my sandwich, which was a very unpleasant experience.

Constanso's: A 20-Year Favorite
Every time I go to Constanso's, it's a good experience. The only problem is when they're closed. I've been going there for at least 20 years, back when the owners were making your sandwich.
Now the sons have taken over, and they still make good sandwiches with a bit of humor!

A 30-Year Favorite for Fantastic Sandwiches
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive for over 30 years. It's a funky old place with fantastic sandwiches. I always make it a point to visit here for lunch whenever I'm in the vicinity.
The atmosphere is a perfect 5, and the food is equally impressive with a score of 5. The service also received a strong rating of 4.

A Deliciously Chaotic Sandwich Haven
I used to work at the nearby water treatment plant, and every couple of weeks, I'd walk over to this "sandwich heaven. " It was often entertaining to watch the brothers arguing amongst themselves or with their mother while their father prepared the meat-heavy sandwiches. Occasionally, my lunch hour was cut short by a customer ordering a dozen sandwiches on the spot.
Despite the "ramshackle operation, " I loved this place and even got to practice my Italian with the Dad. A heads-up: if you don't like mustard or onions, be sure to spell that out quickly.

Best Sandwich Deal in SF!
My experience at this sandwich shop was fantastic! I work nearby at the Wastewater plant and was initially disappointed by the lack of lunch options. However, I discovered this gem of a spot, which is conveniently located right where my streetcar stops.
The sandwiches are both amazing and huge, offering incredible value. The employees were friendly and hilarious, adding to the great atmosphere. I'm already planning to make this a weekly stop, as one sandwich might even be enough for two lunches.
It truly feels like a neighborhood spot.

Amazing Deli Sandwich Deal!
I stumbled upon this place when I was a mile away after visiting a fabric discount shop and craving a deli sandwich. It was exactly what I was looking for – a classic neighborhood spot with meat piled high and friendly, chatty workers who made me laugh. I ordered the Mortadella & Salami combo, which was yummm, and we ended up splitting it with my husband without any issues.
The portions were very generous and the sandwich was DELISH. To top it off, it was under $7 for a whole sandwich, which is unreal! I highly recommend it if you’re in the area!

Delicious Sandwiches, Great Experience!
My experience at this sandwich shop was excellent. I showed them a photo from a review and asked them to recreate that sandwich. They accurately identified it seemed to be made with smoked turkey and prepared it with all the ingredients (except pickles, as I requested).
The staff were very friendly and humorous, leading to a fun conversation. As a Korean, I found that their sandwich perfectly suited the Korean palate. I highly recommend this shop to all Koreans.
They serve big, delicious sandwiches at a very affordable price. Thanks to them, I have a happy memory from my last day in San Francisco. I am truly grateful to them.

New Favorite Place for Delicious Rolls!
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! I tried the Bubba Roll and the Fish Killer Roll, and both were incredibly delicious. The employees were overly helping and patient with us as we navigated the many ordering options.
I particularly loved the menus for how clearly they broke down all of the ingredients in each roll. This is definitely my new favorite place!
