My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I visited on Saturday the 13th and became so ill that I had to cut my trip short. I am not usually one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others to save them time and money by skipping this place. After eating here, I experienced severe sickness, including vomiting, which significantly impacted my boyfriend's time and led to us leaving early. I was highly pissed off! Please listen: do not eat here. Do not eat here!

My first time at Universal, we decided to stop by this restaurant because it looked neat from the outside and appeared clean inside. We noticed it was quite empty. As we approached to order, there was no one at the register to acknowledge us. When we proceeded further, an older Black lady rudely told us, "you need to order here. " She seemed unmotivated and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. The rest of the staff were just walking around, not greeting anyone, as if they were forced to be there. This is supposed to be a happy place where people travel to enjoy themselves, not to be treated by disappointing people. They need to do better! We received much better greetings at the Waffle House.

We made a special trip across the park to have dinner here because everything else was closing. According to their website, they were supposed to be open until 7 PM, but upon arrival, we were told they actually closed at 6 PM. This was a painful experience due to the incorrect information provided on their site.

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The food was alright, maybe even good, but the quantity was too low for the high prices. The atmosphere and service were rated a 3 out of 5.

During a relatively empty time at the restaurant, with only a few tables occupied, I ordered a plain cup of black coffee. After a considerable wait, the waitress informed me it would be ready in 5 minutes. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes, clearly seeing the coffee sitting in the preparation area, yet it was not brought to me. I had to ask again, and the receptionist had to remind the staff. This was the worst service I have ever experienced, and I expected much better from Universal Orlando. This experience was for a simple cup of black coffee. The gentleman next to me, who ordered the same, also experienced a long wait for his coffee and ended up requesting a refund. As someone who has worked in customer service, I found this situation to be a joke and expected much better.

My experience at this restaurant was quite bizarre. Before even entering, an employee encouraged us to mobile order, which seemed odd given the empty interior. During our order, many requested items were missed, and we didn't receive everything we paid for. Finding basic necessities like napkins and straws was a challenge. When I asked an employee for them, he retrieved them with his bare hands, and the straws were unwrapped, which was concerning. The food itself was sub par. Despite the frustrating service and mediocre food, I knew the feeling would pass quickly. However, I believe there are many better options available, and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. I enjoyed Krusty Burger in the Universal Park!

The burger was just okay, and the slice of pizza wasn't anything special. On the positive side, the portion size was good, making it easy to split between an adult and a child or two children. However, it felt a bit pricey if not sharing. The service was excellent, with a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was rated 4, and the noise level was moderate.

The food was horrendously terrible; the fries were cold yet overcooked, and the burger was like a piece of rubber. My daughter's vegetable lo mein was completely dried out and stuck together. The cleanliness of the establishment was appalling, with every single trashcan overflowing and the condiment area covered in sticky soda and trash. There was soda all over the floor, making the entire restaurant sticky. The tray my food was served on was disgusting and smelled horrible. Considering the bill was almost $70 for three sodas, two burgers, and an order of lo mein, the price was unbelievable. I hope this feedback reaches management, though I'm not optimistic. I'm not usually one to complain, but I feel this establishment could significantly improve.

I felt like I would have been better off ordering from a severely understaffed restaurant, as I would have at least received my food quicker. The staff seemed to be moving incredibly slowly, slower than a worn-out Rascal scooter. I don't understand why it's so difficult to simply put a slice of pizza on a plate or grab something from a fridge and serve it. Instead, we were made to wait 30 minutes or more for what is supposed to be fast food. This place is a joke, and I will definitely not spend another dime in that part of the park again. They need to do better!
