My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. The guacamole made by Agustin right in front of me was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and looked like he truly knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Colibrí and specifically ask for Agustin. He was very gentle and consistently attentive to our table's needs.

I had a wonderful experience at Colibrí! Agustín was very attentive with our table — he checked on us often to make sure everything was perfect. My glass was always full, and the table stayed clean the entire time. I went there to celebrate my birthday, and it truly was a unique and memorable experience thanks to the amazing service and delicious food. 🎉🌮

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, primarily due to the food and the exceptional service. The guacamole was truly terrific, with perfect blends of spice and lemon. I visited the Colibrí restaurant last week and the food was amazing. The person who served me the guacamole was so nice and the guac was delicious. This person was always checking on me and making sure I had all my needs. I am definitely gonna visit again. Thank you, Agustin.

My experience at this restaurant was quite fine overall. I enjoyed the great food, with the guacamole, ceviche, and chille relleno all being top quality. The vinaigrette for the butter lettuce salad dressing, however, lacked flavor, and the margarita was slightly weak. Despite these minor points, the service was excellent.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The service was exceptional, with Angel being the best waiter, truly taking care of our day. The food was also incredibly good, and the mango cheese cake was a standout dessert.

We had a Wedding Reception here and it was wonderful. The food was delicious. I loved the mole and mushroom tacos. Colibri Restaurant serves authentic Mexican food from the Southern region of Mexico. Colibri Mexican Bistro was the absolute perfect place to host our rehearsal dinner. Ethan was incredibly helpful in planning all the details ahead of time, always quick to respond to questions and requests, and truly wonderful to work with. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and our server, Jay, took the best care of us. The room was beautiful, enhanced by lovely Spanish guitar music that created a wonderful ambiance. The service was impeccable, with Jay ensuring our guest with Celiac disease had safe and delicious options. The food was also so delicious! Our guests were able to relax, connect, eat, and celebrate at this special spot in the Presidio. I highly recommend this hidden gem and can’t wait to return.
