Solid Flavor, Minor Eggshell Issue
While I love the Liberty Station location, we decided to try this Logan Heights spot as we were staying nearby. The flavor was solid overall, but unfortunately, I found an eggshell in my over-medium eggs, and one of them was fried solid. The portion of the enfrijoladas also seemed smaller than expected.
On the bright side, the service was quick.

Uber Eats and Cocina 35 Scammers
My experience with Uber Eats and Cocina 35 has been incredibly frustrating. On multiple occasions, Uber Eats has forgotten items from my order. When I tried to get a refund, Uber refused, leaving Cocina 35 with my money.
This has happened repeatedly, and I feel like they are scammers. I am completely done with this experience.

Disappointing Experience, Never Returning
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. We were told our food would take 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting over 25 minutes, even though there were no other customers ordering or picking up food. We specifically requested our chilaquiles to be deconstructed, but they were served constructed with the beans on the side and everything else inside.
Given this experience, I will never be coming here again.

Delicious Tortas and Empanadas!
My experience has been solely through Uber Eats. The tortas are really good, and I particularly enjoyed the cochinita pibil. The dessert empanadas and the La Verde juice are also great.
The only issue I encountered was slow delivery, but that was an Uber problem, not Cocina 35's. I'm looking forward to trying the chilaquiles sometime.

Terrible Service and Watery Coffee
My experience at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a coffee and it tasted like just water. They also give everything in a limited way.
I will never return.

Disappointing To-Go Experience
If you’ve eaten at other Cocina 35 restaurants with a REAL dine-in experience, do NOT come to this location. They offer to-go only. I spent $56 for 2 orders of chilaquiles and 2 drinks.
They gave me my food in to-go containers even though I ordered dine-in. To make matters worse, they forgot the meat for my chilaquiles and made me wait 4 minutes outside in 55-degree weather. By the time they gave me the missing meat, the chilaquiles were already starting to get cold.
I do not recommend this place.

Awful Location and Service
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I went to take my parents for breakfast, expecting a great experience, but it was far from it. The place was open, but there was nobody there.
We waited for about 5-10 minutes, and still, nobody came to the front. Adding to the frustration, there is no parking, and the area is not nice. It's an awful location.

Disappointing Birthday Brunch
I came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We arrived at 11: 59, and the girls told me there would be a one-hour wait, but it actually took two hours before we were seated. The service was nice and good, but the food was cold and not like what we saw online.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. So sad and disappointed! We drove from far, far away.

Excellent Chilaquiles for Breakfast
This was so worth it! I miss this type of breakfast! I ordered the chilaquiles de tomate con polla asado and over easy eggs.
I highly recommend this spot for breakfast in a pinch.

Delicious Food, Terrible Wait Times
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was very tasty, the service was incredibly slow. We experienced a significant waiting time, much longer than the estimated time.
The staff cited having many orders for delivery as the reason, but their manner of communication was poor. They asked for our understanding due to the high volume of orders, but they also need to understand the frustration when a stated 30-minute wait turns into 1 hour and 30 minutes. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable, with non-ergonomic benches and excessive heat.
Ultimately, the delicious food wasn't worth the prolonged and uncomfortable wait.
