My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. I tried giving the place the benefit of the doubt and sampled a lot of their offerings, but it was all just trash. The food was awful, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

My experience at the restaurant was extremely negative. I ordered the chicken wrap, Asian salad, and steak sandwich. After taking just the first bites, we trashed everything. The food was the worst I've ever had.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had some of the best food I have ever tasted. The breakfast burgers were absolutely to die for. The food quality was a perfect 5/5, and the atmosphere was also rated a 5/5. The service was excellent, also receiving a 5/5 rating.

I never write reviews, but this place was legit. I’m bummed I never discovered it earlier. I got the bbq chicken wrap, and it was sooo good.

This place was a last-minute find. Arrived to SD a little later than expected, and we stayed at a hotel across the street. Looked out my hotel window and saw Cloud 9. Went there on the fly, and it turned out great. We experienced quality meats for the sandwiches, great tastes, and filling sizes of dishes. They offer a range from breakfast to dinner foods, and along with beer and wine options to drink, it's a plus. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I will be coming back again with a little more time to look over the menu and try something new.

My experience at this restaurant was a definite WOW moment. Since moving to San Diego a year ago, this was the first place that truly impressed me. The owner is incredibly nice, and the dishes I've tried – the filet mignon club, wrap, spicy chipotle flatbread, and Reuben – are all amazing. This is everything I've sampled, which speaks volumes about the quality. Keep up the great work! My only issue arose when ordering over the phone. I was told 20 minutes, but upon arrival, they hadn't even started preparing my order. It honestly felt like the staff lacked enthusiasm and were lazy when the owner wasn't present. I suggest hiring more energetic and motivated individuals.

My initial two visits when this restaurant first opened were definitely a 5-star experience. However, the next four take-out orders have seen a significant decline. On one occasion, there was a long wait because the cook never showed up, leading to one order being cancelled with no apology. During my last visit, the bread for my French Dip was old, hard, and burnt. The meat was very dry, and the dip was cold. Additionally, I work for the Padres, and while they used to offer a discount, they no longer honor it. I will probably never go back again; it's very disappointing.

This is my new favorite lunch spot for great sandwiches, salads, potato salad, and fresh daily squeezed OJ! I haven't tried breakfast yet, but I'm sure it is just as awesome as lunch!

My experience at the restaurant was great! I got the chicken pesto 👌🏻 and it was delicious. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu because it was great!
