I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a very long time, and I am so disappointed with the burger I received. It was the driest burger I have ever had, making it even hard to chew. While I don't mind paying $20+ for a great meal, this was not worth it at all. Perhaps the new location on Carnegie is to blame, although quality should be consistent. I may try the original location because I refuse to believe every video review on social media was lying.

My first-time experience at this restaurant was prompted by positive reviews. However, I observed three male employees standing around and using their cell phones near the food preparation area and open toppings. One employee then put on a rubber glove to prepare a meal while still holding his dirty cell phone in his other hand. This raised significant concerns about hygiene and staff professionalism.

My experience at this restaurant was interesting. The sign outside says "Rumi's Market and Turkish Grill, " which made me wonder if they changed their name to attract more business, as "Cleveland Grill" sounds like an American restaurant, but this place is definitely more of a Middle Eastern food establishment. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and while it was pretty good, I wouldn't order it again because it was way overpriced for the size. I was shown in the photo that it cost $28. However, I would go back because they have many cheaper options that sound good. There's a very cool Middle Eastern market attached to the place selling all kinds of interesting Eastern European/Middle Eastern food. The area might not be the best, but it's close enough to the Cleveland Clinic that it shouldn't be a problem stopping by.

If you're in Cleveland and craving some good meats, Cleveland Grilled is the place to go. I highly recommend trying their delicious juicy lovely smash burger. Every visit has been consistently clean and yummy, with the taste remaining the same across all locations. It's absolutely delicious every single time. I even have a special order I call BIG C, which is a beef chopped cheese with extra beef. The pricing is really good, and the taste is a perfect 10 out of 10. While they offer many other tasty items on the menu, for me, it's all about the burgers and the chopped cheese, especially my BIG C. Their kabab plate is also super tasty, and don't even get me started on their sauce – holy moly! I just love their food; it is really that good.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I've been delaying this review for a couple of months to try a wide variety of their food and products, and I was blown away every time. Today's the day I finally post my review lol. The food was always delicious and fresh, the staff is consistently helpful and friendly, and the vibe of the place was something else. This is what Cleveland should be about: food, good vibes, and good people. This place is something special, you have to just try it to know!

My experience at this restaurant, which is combined with a store, was very positive. The food was extremely fresh and the burger/chicken tandoor platter were very tasty. The atmosphere and people were very nice. There is plenty of seating and parking, and the surrounding area was nice. Although it was more on the expensive side, I would come here again.
