I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and only received one. Either the driver ate it or they didn’t send it. I paid $51 for 1 pizza.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The pizza itself wasn't bad at all, but the service was a significant issue. Pizzas came out slow, and orders placed later than mine were served first. Upon reviewing the bill at home, I noticed a 20% tip was automatically added, and there was also a tip jar on the counter. I received no service; I had to get my own beverage and pick up my food when it was ready. I even had to clean my own table when I was done. While the food concept is okay, their execution of service is BS.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The pizza was excellent, and they were incredibly fast, making it in about 5 minutes 😋. I tried both the pepperoni and the margarita pizzas. I highly recommend stopping by for a beer and some pizza to support your neighbors 🫡.

My experience at this restaurant was that the food was just okay. It's pretty much self-serve and you have to cleanup after yourself. Because of this, we won't be returning.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the food quality. It seemed like an off day for the kitchen, as everyone's pizza appeared underdone. My own pizza had cheese that wasn't even fully melted. I'm unsure if there were new staff cooking, but the taste reminded me of childhood Chef Boyardee pizza kits. While the atmosphere was cool, the under cooked doughy pizza at $18 made it not worth the gamble to return.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The pizza was absolutely spectacular, hands down the best I've had in Cleveland. It's suitable for all group sizes and offers a great lunch option within a reasonable price range.

After a very long day on a road trip, we stopped into Citizen Pie. The staff warmly welcomed us and helped us create a fantastic pie. It featured a light red sauce, mushrooms, vegetables, and BRIE (omg!), with just a touch of bacon. The wood-fired pizza oven cooked our pie perfectly to our taste – crispy with just the tiniest bit of chew. It was the best pizza of our lives! While there are only 5 stars to give, this place is clearly 10 stars!

My experience at this restaurant was very positive. The manager, Jennifer, and the gentlemen provided really nice, engaging, and fun service. The pizza was very flavorful. All in all, I liked it.

I stopped into this Cleveland classic pizzeria for lunch at the Ohio City location. I ordered the lunch pizza special, which was generous enough for two people, ensuring some delicious leftovers for home. Mia and Nick provided excellent service, taking care of everything accurately and quickly. The pepperoni pizza was absolutely perfect, and the lunch combo was a great deal. I highly recommend stopping in and bringing your appetite!

My experience at Citizen Pie was absolutely fantastic! I brought home two pies, and I can confidently say it was the BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD. The crust exceeded all my expectations, and the sauce was amazing. The olive oil on top perfectly tied everything together. I've had my favorite pizza spot in Cleveland for over 30 years, but Citizen Pie SURPASSED IT! I'm so happy my daughter recommended this place. Thank you for your amazing pie and even better customer service! It was so good that I started eating before I could even take a picture because I couldn't wait and couldn't stop once I started!
