Fantastic Food, Worth the Craving!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I discovered it by chance while doing laundry next door and have since ordered twice in less than two weeks because I was craving their food. The broccoli with brown sauce is a definite favorite.
While communication at the counter can be tricky depending on who is working, ordering through their website for pickup eliminates any confusion. They are nice, and the food was prepared quickly. Although there's an extra charge for sauces and fortune cookies, it's a minor point, especially since you can easily purchase these items elsewhere.
I particularly love their egg rolls, which are the only ones I enjoy in Orlando. My partner, who is from New York and particular about Chinese takeout, also loves this place. We even received a cute New Year's scroll from them, which we love.
谢谢!

Food is good, service is bad
I have not had issues with the food. Unfortunately, the customer service has been horrible for the past several years. I stopped purchasing the food regularly about 5 years ago.
Today, I bought lunch & the gentleman was NOT pleasant as usual. 🙁

Terrible Service and Wrong Order
After work, I ordered a family size fried rice and a small vegetable fried rice for takeout. Upon arriving home, I discovered I had received the wrong order. When I called, the staff member initially stated I received the wrong order, but then his wife claimed I ordered fried rice and small vegetable rice.
I insisted she gave me the incorrect items. The response I received was, "we close, don't call back no more. " I paid for my order but will never go there again due to this bad experience and the very rude service.

Overcharged and Misled
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to significant issues with billing and transparency. I ordered over the phone, and the staff member seemed unsure about payment methods and quoted a price. Upon arriving and paying, I later discovered I had been overcharged compared to the menu prices.
When I called to inquire, I was told that credit card payments incur a different price, and then given fabricated numbers for the items that still didn't match the total charged. While the food was decent, the deceptive pricing was a major issue. BEWARE of potential overcharging and lack of price transparency.

Reliable Chinese Takeout with a Few Quirks
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently good, especially considering the affordable prices and generous portion sizes. I often stick to my usual order: the lunch special boneless spare ribs with fried rice, which comes with either an egg roll or a soda. I've branched out and tried several other items, including shrimp fried rice, bourbon chicken, pork fried rice, fried donuts, crab rangoons, chicken egg fo young, sesame chicken, lo mein, fried shrimp, spring rolls, and their homemade lemonade.
The only item I wouldn't reorder is the fried shrimp. They were mostly breading with very little meat, and disappointingly, 3 out of 15 pieces were imitation scallops, not shrimp. The sesame chicken was tasty but could have been crispier; I'd request that next time.
The crab rangoons were decent but could have used a bit more filling. Overall, the food is good, and the service is always fast. The restaurant is family-owned.
The wife, who usually takes my order, can be a bit curt but never unprofessional, which I don't mind. The son and husband are generally more friendly and welcoming. For me, good customer service means not being rude, and they meet that standard.
I'll continue to patronize this establishment.

Order wrong, rude service, mediocre food
My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. They got my order wrong. When they offered to fix it, someone showed up at my door asking for the incorrect food back.
They wouldn't accept it because I had taken a bite, and then they left with the food I had originally ordered, which was quite baffling. When I called to inquire about the situation, the woman on the phone yelled at me. I would advise getting Chinese food elsewhere.
The food itself was mediocre at best, with the Mongolian beef being 75% onions, which was quite amusing.

Upset with Service, Wrong Order Received
I am truly upset right now due to the service I just received. It all started when I walked in. I noticed the lady was attending to her child, so I waited until she greeted me and began to take my order.
My order was a large shrimp and broccoli, two shrimp eggrolls, and crab rangoon. I trusted these people so much that I didn’t take a receipt or check my food. When I got in the car, I started to eat my eggrolls, noticing they were much smaller.
Once again, I didn’t think much of it. It was when I got home that I realized I had the wrong food. Instead of shrimp, it was chicken (I don’t eat chicken).
So I called them to try and work something out, only to be told I had to pay for another meal. ANYONE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT BEFORE LEAVING BECAUSE YOU WILL BE SOL! I’m never coming back.
Never, never, never!

Good Food, Watch Out for Fees
My experience at the restaurant was centered around the food, which was exactly what I expected: really hot and really good. It was also affordable. However, I advise others to be careful and read the small print, as they charge a fee for using a credit or debit card.

Argumentative Service, Subpar Food
We decided to give this restaurant a try since we were in the neighborhood. Upon arrival, we witnessed the staff, a man and a woman, arguing. The situation escalated when a couple ahead of us asked for bottled water, leading to another argument.
Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. The Empress Chicken had no sauce and seemed old. The small Sweet and Sour Shrimp dish only contained five pieces.
However, the Wontons and Lo-mein were good. We will likely not be returning.

Worst Service Ever
I would never go back to this place again. The worst service I got was when I was yelled at by the lady taking the order because I didn't understand her.
