I ordered Kung Pao chicken and lo mein noodles on 10/9/2025. To my disgust, I found a lock of hair in my food. When I called to report it, they offered a refund. I explained I didn't want a refund but wanted to ensure this wouldn't happen to anyone else. Their response was very nasty; they told me to complain through Uber Eats if I wanted a refund. This was not just a single hair, but a significant lock. I'm usually not one to complain, but I was very upset by their attitude, especially since I was trying to provide constructive feedback. The phone service was very rude, and I will never order from them again. I am particularly upset because my intention was to help them fix a concern, not to get a refund, and I received no apology or thanks for bringing it to their attention. I've attached pictures, and I apologize for the grossness, but I feel this complaint and advice to others is warranted.

My experience at this restaurant was superb. The atmosphere was impeccably clean, and the service and food were amazing. The appetizer was so delicious that I purchased extra to go. By far, this is the best China GoGo I've experienced.

I really like this place. Usually, I order my food for takeaway, but today I decided to eat in, and it was really good. The girls were kind and offered a good service. Thanks again!
