Excellent Food and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The people working were incredibly nice and helpful. Specifically, Layla provided great care, even allowing me to taste the chili before ordering due to my spice concerns.
My boyfriend and I shared the chilaquiles plate and the breakfast quesadilla, and I highly recommend both. I loved this place and will definitely eat here again.

Authentic Louisiana Flavor in Las Vegas
As someone from Louisiana, I've found it challenging to discover food with genuine flavor in Las Vegas. This restaurant, however, truly excels. The flavor, the service, and the prices, especially considering the generous amount of food you receive, are all amazing.
I will definitely be returning next year.

Iconic Green Chili Taste!
As a Colorado native, this experience truly hit home for me, like a nice warm hug 🤗. It's been far too long without this incredible, iconic green chili taste 🤩. The food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was a perfect 5/5.
I also appreciated the service, which was rated 5/5.

Green Chili Good, But Not Worth the Drive
We had been wanting to try this place for a while, and after seeing it reopen, we decided to make a 25-minute drive to see what the hype was about. As Colorado natives who grew up with the original Chubbys and Santiago's, our expectations for green chili were high. Upon arrival, the location in Fremont felt a bit sketchy, situated behind the container park.
We found paid parking and were surprised to find the restaurant completely empty. The menu displayed on the screen also differed in items and pricing from their website. Our bill for my husband's smothered burrito and my carne asada fries, along with a small drink, exceeded $30.
My husband's beef burrito, smothered with chicharrones, was around $16, significantly more than anticipated from the online menu. Our food arrived about 10 minutes after ordering. We both agreed the green chili was good, but it lacked the spice we're accustomed to from back home.
The biggest disappointment was the chicharrones, which were very chewy and dry, feeling like they had been sitting out for days, making them difficult to chew. The ground beef in the burrito was also not well-seasoned. The carne asada meat was just okay; it needed more seasoning and was a bit dry.
Overall, the food was just okay for both of us. While the green chili wasn't bad, it didn't live up to our Colorado standards. Perhaps we ordered the wrong items, or maybe they are still working out kinks after reopening.
The service was adequate; the owner, who seemed to be taking orders, was friendly. However, considering the drive and the hype, it probably wasn't worth it for us. We always aim to support local businesses, especially those from Denver, and hope they can correct these issues.

Great Food, But Closed?
My experience at the restaurant was centered around the food, which was very, very good. However, I was disappointed and confused because the restaurant was closed when I tried to visit again.

Closed for "Permits" - No Grand Opening
I went to this restaurant and it was closed. They shouldn't have a grand opening if they are going to be closed fixing their "PERMITS".

My family and I had an uhhhhhhmazing experience at this restaurant. The chili cheese fries were perfectly spiced and flavorful, and the Mexican hamburger was also really good with a lot of flavor. I'm looking forward to eating here again.
