Disappointing Chick-fil-A Experience
My experience at this Chick-fil-A was not the same as I've had at other locations. The staff rudely informed me that the salads are pre-made and they could not make a market salad without chicken or accommodate any modifications. It was not a pleasurable experience.

Celiac Nightmare: Gluten Hashbrowns Served
I am celiac and had a Bad experience at this restaurant. The cashier sold me hashbrowns with gluten without asking me or offering any options. She seemed mad, and it was a terrible experience. I visited on Thursday, December 11th, at 9 in the morning.

Great Food, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score. However, the service was incredibly slow. The staff seemed preoccupied with their own issues, prioritizing them over the customer's needs and the urgency of the situation. The atmosphere was rated as average.

Terrible Service and Food Quality
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I waited 30 minutes for a single chicken sandwich, and the attitude of the workers was horrible. It felt like they viewed customers as a burden for paying for their food. The food quality was also poor, earning a 1-star rating. This establishment desperately needs new management.

Worst Chick-fil-A Experience Ever
My experience at this Chick-fil-A was overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to the extremely disrespectful and rude service from an employee named ANIE. Despite being a loyal customer for over 10 years, this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. The entire flight afterward, I couldn't stop thinking about the unwarranted attitude I received. While I understand it was 6 AM, tiredness is no excuse to treat paying customers poorly. It was particularly upsetting as she was friendly with a previous customer speaking her language, but her demeanor completely changed when she saw me. As a person of color myself, I expect fair treatment regardless of language spoken, and I felt I was being treated differently. This occurred at an airport Chick-fil-A, which made it even more disappointing. There were two separate incidents within 10 minutes that solidified this terrible experience. The first incident involved my girlfriend wanting to taste a coffee before buying it. Despite politely asking multiple times and having already spent over $9 on food, the employee, ANIE, completely ignored the request and directed us to pick up our food. After asking two more times, she grudgingly handed over a tiny sample with visible annoyance and no pleasantries. She even ignored my "thank you so much. " We were left questioning what we had done to deserve such treatment. The second incident occurred when I ordered a light ice iced coffee. ANIE looked at me strangely, added minimal ice, and when I asked for a little more, I was ignored. When I requested a small cup of ice on the side, she reacted with disbelief and muttered "Jesus Christ. " This led me to ask if she had a problem with me, to which she responded with a fake, sarcastic "No sir, you get what you want, you get what you want. " This kind of interaction is unacceptable for anyone in customer service, especially for a brand known for politeness. This employee is damaging the brand's reputation. Honestly, this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, period. Serious action should be taken against ANIE, as no customer deserves such treatment, especially from a place built on kindness. I will be avoiding Chick-fil-A at MCO from now on.

Slow Service, Pre-made Food
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Most of their food is premade and, as a result, is not served warm. The service was incredibly slow; it felt like they were deliberately taking as many steps as possible to be the slowest fast food workers alive. This location must be making a ton of money for Chick-fil-A corporate to not notice how terrible it is.

Discrimination Based on Appearance
I had a very negative experience at this restaurant. A staff member refused to help my mother because she "looked" like she spoke Spanish. My mother has been a U. S. Citizen for 30 years and speaks English. It's unacceptable to discriminate against someone based on their appearance. This experience made me think of Martin Luther King Jr. and the importance of not judging a book by its cover.

Average Fried Chicken Burger Experience
I had a fried chicken burger meal with lettuce, tomato, cheese, fries, and lemonade for $11. 50 + Tax. The burger was very ordinary, lacking any distinct flavor or special qualities. The fries, however, were perhaps the most unconventional part. The sauces offered were ranch, mustard, and a special house sauce. This is an experience that will not be repeated.

Disappointing Chick-fil-A Experience
My experience at this restaurant was not typical of a Chick-fil-A. The staff was not good, and there was zero rewards participation. I would think that Corporate would get involved to course correct this spot.
