Fresh, Hot Food and Huge Portions!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The veggies and seafood were incredibly fresh tasting and served piping hot. I was also impressed by the huge portions.
I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more dishes.

Inconsistent Pricing and Order Mistakes
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The pricing is inconsistent; every time I visit, the food is a different price. To make matters worse, they have consistently messed up my order.
I was shocked to pay $35 for just two orders of fried rice.

Terrible Service, Mediocre Food
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative due to the service. The staff demanded a tip directly from hand in front of us, which is unacceptable. For mediocre service, an 18% charge is absolutely not justified.
The food and atmosphere were also rated poorly.

Uncomfortable Service and Mediocre Food
My experience at this restaurant was marred by poor service and just okay food. While the food was okay, the staff's attentiveness was lacking. The situation escalated significantly after I paid.
A staff member rudely inspected the money I left in the bill pocket. Despite paying an extra $2, she insisted on an 18% tip, which amounted to $64, and then demanded an additional $9. 40.
This made me feel super uncomfortable. My pro tip: if you have leftovers, ask for a to-go box, pack it yourself, then pay and leave. Don't let them inspect your bill and pressure you into tipping more.

Unpleasant Tip Encounter
My experience at this restaurant was marred by an unpleasant interaction regarding the tip. While packing my leftovers, a lady in a suit approached my table and questioned the tip amount, pointing to the unchecked tip options. I had already paid extra, and the customer service wasn't exceptional enough to warrant an additional $11 on top of the original $54 bill.
This interaction made me feel scrutinized and uncomfortable.

Terrible experience for Dashers
My experience was that the restaurant was totally embracing and ignored us. There was no value and no time given to the Dasher. They don’t care for the Dasher and Uber Eats.
I recommend to everyone not to pick an order for this place. You will get ignored and your wait time will be more than 30 minutes. Shame on the owner, better close your online and in-app orders.

Authentic Cantonese Dim Sum Experience
My experience at Cheung Hing was centered around their authentic traditional Cantonese flavors. The restaurant offers a great balance of taste and texture, making it a genuine dim sum experience. The food was rated a 5, the atmosphere a 4, and the service a 3.

Terrible Service, Long Wait
My experience at the restaurant was extremely negative due to the poor service and excessive waiting time. I waited for over half an hour, and during that time, no one from the staff approached me or acknowledged my presence. I tried to inquire about my order more than 10-12 times, but my questions were consistently ignored.
After a frustrating wait of 45 minutes, I finally received my order, and I truly wish I had never come here.

Amazing Dim Sum, Local Favorite!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The dim sum was truly amazing, comparable to what I've had in Hong Kong and Guangdong. I especially enjoyed the golden custard bun, which was great.
The staff were also very nice. I don't understand why the rating isn't higher, as it's clearly a local's favorite!

Disappointing Fatty Beef and Long Wait
I visited the restaurant with my grandma and ordered the Show fen. Unfortunately, the dish turned out to be very fatty, and the beef inside was raw. We also experienced a significant wait time of 25 minutes.
My experience was largely negative due to the poor food quality and slow service.
