Cherry Street - Reviews

I discovered this place behind our hotel and decided to try it for breakfast. The reviews were promising, so we thought it was worth a visit. I ordered the lox and bagel with a cappuccino, and it was truly incredible. I'd say it was probably one of the best bagels I've ever had. The texture and flavor were unforgettable and absolutely perfect. If you're in the area, I highly recommend making this place a destination. You won't regret it.

I don't visit Seattle often, but when I do, I always enjoy trying out different coffee shops. During my recent visit, I found the bagel to be just okay. However, the service was absolutely horrid. The staff member working seemed to have no sense of customer service; they were simply not welcoming or friendly at all. My family and I felt judged the entire time we sat and ate our food. Because of this experience, I will never come back, and honestly, it wasn't that great anyway.

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The dirty chai was just okay, nothing to ride home about. However, I loved my egg white bite!

I picked up a quick breakfast this morning and had a great experience. I ordered the ham, egg, cheese bagel, and my husband got the bacon egg cheese bagel. I also got a hot chocolate, which was SOO good. The food was excellent, and the hot chocolate was a standout.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had their falafel, which was a green, crumbly excellence. This, paired with a cortado, made for a perfect little lunch. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a 5 out of 5.

I was outside at 6: 56 AM when a lady came out to throw away garbage. I asked her what time they opened, and she became very rude, pointing to the door and loudly stating, "We open at seven. " I responded that there was no need to be loud, which caused her to start clapping her hands and screaming about "loud ratchet employees" and that I was "making sandwiches. " The food was decent (rated 3/3), but the service was extremely poor (rated 1/1), and the atmosphere was also negative (rated 1/1).

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this coffee shop. I used to love coming here, but my recent order through DoorDash was incorrect. The coffee I ordered was missing entirely, and my BLT was made into a wrap instead of the ciabatta bread I was looking forward to. Additionally, none of the modifications I requested were applied correctly. It's a shame because their food and drinks are usually good, but receiving the wrong order and a missing item was very disappointing.

My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately marred by the extremely rude behavior of the staff, particularly the manager. She rolled her eyes at me to the point where I felt like she might throw the hot drink at my face, if I simply asked “Can you fix my order? ”. I even heard her say something under her breath about me. She clearly lacks self-respect and professionalism and is so entitled. If you hate your job, please don’t do it. Being rude ruins people’s day. Coffee is supposed to lift people up, not be served with disrespect. Just because you are a manager doesn’t mean you deserve to be one. Unfortunately, this location really needs better employees who love their job and treat people with kindness. She should be fired. Fire her and hire people who bring positive energy, not negativity. -1 starts ☠️🤮

I went here because there weren't many good options for a quick breakfast nearby. It's not incredibly delicious, but it's a good value for money, especially considering how crazy American prices are these days.

I found this place on Google Maps. My experience was that the coffee was good, and the bagels were okay. The seating area is small, but it's good for grab and go.
