My experience at the restaurant was disappointing regarding the chicken pad kee mao. While the noodles and flavor were really good, I found maybe two scraps of chicken in the whole dish. Paying almost $20 for chickenless noodles isn’t worth it.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, primarily due to the incredibly delicious and rich green curry I ordered. It was prepared exactly as I requested, very spicy, and the flavor was so flavorful it brought back a forgotten feeling of joy. 💗xoxoxoxo

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the rude owner. I placed an order via DoorDash for pickup, and upon arrival, the owner yelled at me angrily, stating they hadn't accepted DoorDash orders in three months. It felt like she unfairly blamed me for the situation. Given the abundance of great Thai food options in the city, I would advise going someplace else.

It’s hard to write this because I can understand and appreciate how hard it is to run a business, however I feel it’s important to share this so that others don’t experience what I went through. This is a takeout only restaurant, so when I returned home I was excited to try a new restaurant. We just moved to the area and it was a long day of unpacking. After some time has passed, and I’m a few minutes into my meal I spotted a dead bug in my food, (later found out it was a cockroach nymph - trying not to throw up). I immediately called the restaurant to inform of my contaminated food and the person who answered was a decent person, empathetic and processed a refund. I read back through the reviews and saw that someone got food poisoning to the point it warranted an urgent care visit. This is very concerning, so I did some research and found this restaurant’s inspection report. It is not good. For years there have been health and safety issues. Here’s the info I wish I had before making the decision to order from here. To the owners- if you care about your community you need to improve your health and safety measures ASAP. This is unacceptable and your food is harmful.

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the other aspects of the lotus fried rice were good, they were stingy on tofu. I would have returned and ordered it again if there had been twice the amount of tofu. Additionally, they are stingy on white rice with their curries, requiring an extra charge and specific request. I understand that prices may increase, but being overly stingy on tofu and white rice is a drawback.

I had suspected from vibes alone that this would be a great eating experience in Seattle. I called to order two fresh salad rolls, a tofu Pad Thai, and a side of rice. It was ready as fast as I could drive there, but the ingredients still tasted fresh and toasty. This is a takeout-only location, but the moment inside the shop obtaining your food has a great ambience, warm, welcoming, clean, and great smells. I would like to emphasize that one order of fresh rolls is two rolls the size of your head. PHENOMENAL value for fresh rolls. The lettuce is crunchy and, as the name suggests, very fresh. I will be returning and making this a staple of my Thai food pick-up needs. Highly recommend for vegetarians with a large vegetarian selection.
